About: I have a huge heart for animals - I've pet sat and had dogs all growing up, volunteered at the Animal Humane Society, often pet sit for my friends, and currently volunteer at SPCA Dallas. I've fostered for a local shelter over the past few years and successfully found homes for 7 different puppies (as young as 5 weeks). I'm lucky to have 2 rescue pups of my own who love other dogs. I currently work full time from home and am home most of the time on weekends. Outdoor fun/potty breaks are multiple times each day in our large fenced-in yard, with at least 1 walk per day when weather permits. We have 2 fur babies (both under 25lbs. each) who love playing with other dogs, and also love just cuddling on the couch with us. My husband (also loves dogs) and I have a big fenced-in yard in a safe neighborhood - our fur babies are out playing in the enclosed yard at least 4x per day, with lots of cuddles and playtime in between. When it's not too hot, we'll usually take them on a walk or to the dog park as well.

About: I've loved animals for my entire life, and have experience taking care of dogs, cats, as well as rodents and exotics like sugar gliders and reptiles. I'm currently working remote freelance, and so my schedule is very flexible and can fit your needs - whether that's daily walks or housesitting full time. I don't have a fenced yard and cannot board pets at my house - however I'm more than willing to come to you and make your pets feel comfortable in their own home!

About: I’ve had dogs all of my life and a special place for them in my heart. They bring so much joy to our lives so why not help take care of them. My experience includes feeding, walking, and playing! I can administer medication and provide companionship. You can trust me with your furry family! I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule so plenty of time to take care of your pets needs. During the holidays I am off for two weeks. I have a large fenced yard. I have two small dogs that would love to play and keep your pet company, but can also be kept apart if needed.

About: About Me I genuinely enjoy working with animals and take pride in providing the same level of care and attention I’d want for my own. I know what to watch for to keep them safe, comfortable, and happy. The Doberman pictured in my profile picture is mine, sorry you can’t have him. Meet & Greet I offer a free meet and greet (or safety screening) to ensure a good fit and go over any specific needs your pet may have. Virtual introductions via video call can be arranged when appropriate.* Outdoor Pet Policy For safety reasons, outdoor dogs must either be comfortable on a leash or have access to a fully secure and escape-proof yard.* Available for drop ins, extended daytime visits, and house sitting. I manage my own schedule and it tends to be flexible, depending on the time of year. I am patient, observant, and respect animals and property. Special requests in relation to the comfort and safety of your pets and yourself are welcome.

About: I take in any breed or size. I will love your fur baby like my own and make sure they get the care they need while in my care. I’m currently a stay at home mom to two teenage girls who are home schooled. It is always someone at home to supervise your fur baby. I have a large fenced in backyard that my current fur babies love to play in. I also have plenty of inside room for crates if needed.

About: I have been on Rover for about 4 years since I moved to DFW. I have also owned 2 English bulldogs. I have experience raising a puppy and I currently have a 5 year old, male English Bulldog. I would LOVE to take care of your fur baby!! I work from home, so I have free time throughout the day to spend time with the fur babies! This makes it very easy to go on multiple walks throughout the day. I have experience with senior pets and puppies, from low energy to high energy level. Please include detailed descriptions of medication or conditions, if any.

About: Our family has been dog sitting on Rover for about 3 years now. We have a good amount of experience with all dogs breeds. We would be a great fit for you if your dog is used to being indoors. We love family dogs! I currently work part-time, and between the 3 of us (my mother, my son, and myself), we have plenty of time to care for your dog. Usually, at least 2 of us are home during the day. We do need to leave the home as a family 3x a week for about 3-5 hours. Please do not inquire if your pet cannot stand to be alone for 3-5 hours. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment. Your dog is free to roam around. We will take your dog on walks and pick up after them around our safe neighborhood and/or parks.

I provide care indoor and outdoor environments, make sure outdoor time is always supervised and secure when taking pups/dog out for potty and play time—fenced areas are used for play and potty breaks when needed. “We found Samantha as a last minute option as we were heading out of town for vacation. Our pup is very picky & self centered so we can't just leave him with any one.. She was very patient with him & she kept us informed while we were away for 4 days. We arrived back in town later than expected & she kept him for another night. We were very pleased & we will definitely use her again. The picture updates were wonderful & when he came back home he wasn't as clingy as normal. Our miniature loved her! ”

“I'm writing to recommend Courtney A. As a wonderful pet giver. I have know Courtney for several years and during that time I've seen her ability to connect and care for our dog Patches. On many occasions Patches can get anxious and nervous, especially when it thunders, but Courtney handled him with lots of patience, kindness and skill. She not only insured that he was fed and exercised, but she also spent quality time with him playing and offering comfort. She is responsible and reliable. I sincerely recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate individual to care for their pets.”
