11. Cassandra C.
About: Pet Care isn’t only my profession, it’s also my passion. I grew up volunteering at animal shelters, rescuing strays, grooming family and friend’s pets to earn new books, and participating in 4H. That developed into working at an animal shelter, fostering and training stays, and horseback competitions. I learned to groom through a mentorship at a grooming and boarding facility, and now specialize with aggressive and anxious dogs who are turned away from other grooming shops! I’m currently in a mentorship for dog training at a training and boarding facility and continue to foster whenever the opportunity arises. My priority is always honest, compassionate, and ethical pet care. I am equally passionate about people as I am about pets, and strive to make myself a judgement-free resource for owners who feel confused, overwhelmed, or out of resources. Whether that’s teaching owners how to properly brush their dog, helping owners understand their pet’s behavior, finding resources, creating solutions for pet problems, assisting with rehoming when life doesn’t go as planned, or even just helping to foster a healthy and confident relationship between owner and pet. I have worked with ALL sizes, ages, and temperaments and I love all of them. I have worked with special needs dogs, and dogs with extra medical requirements. I’m currently working part-time and my job is quite flexible so I have plenty of time for your pups throughout my days. Each week is different but reach out to me and we can work something out! Because of my background working with dogs professionally, I am more structured and safety minded than a lot of owners but it works in your benefit when leaving your pups in my care. I strive to follow the dog’s usual routines as closely as possible and make sure that exercise, mental stimulation, feeding, and play needs are met according to each pup’s requirements and owner preferences. There is no ‘one size fits all’ care routine when it comes to dogs since they are all individual and different just like people!

12. Dakota E.
“Dakota took care of my 18 year old dachshund with anxiety while I was out of town. She’s very nervous so I’m always worried about her when I’m away but he took excellent care of her. She was as fat and happy as ever when I got home, I would definitely work with Dakota again.”

13. Hillary H.

“Hillary is a great walker! Rudy warmed up to her so fast in our meet and greet that I had no reservations about how he would be when she came in to walk him. Dog lover extraordinaire! We will use her services again!”

14. Lauren S.
About: I have had pets since I was 4 years old. My husband and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of our own that we consider part of our family! I have been asked to help and take care of other peoples fur babies I am a work from home mother of 3 boys so we love having lots of activities to do. My 13 year old helps me take care of our four fur babies at home and since I work from home it makes it so flexible for me to come and go to take car e of yours! Our dogs and cats are fed twice daily. We walk the dogs in the morning now due to the Texas heat. Our cats have their food checked twice daily and litter box cleaned weekly. I will make sure to follow all instructions given to the letter because I know how important schedules and routines are to everyone including fur babies

15. Mary L.

“Mary L is my daughter. We have always had dogs when she was growing up. Kathy was always a favorite with our dogs. Since she reached adulthood Kathy has consistently had two or three dogs of her own. Kathy has a real love for all dogs and they love her back. Right now she has a large fenced backyard. If she boards dogs she treats them as members of her family. Kathy is a responsible, mature person and will take wonderful care of any dogs in her charge. I recommend her highly!”

16. Isabelle B.
“Isabelle is a loving, responsible pet parent! She enjoys being around pets, she loves playing with them and taking them on walks or even just lounging around keeping them company as they also keep her company! No matter where it is, as long as she’s around pets it’s definitely her happy place!”

17. Kayla T.
About: I have experience in both senior care and puppies. I have taken care of both and have had both my whole life. I understand different dogs needs based on size and age. I am a full time collage student and my own dog is 13 so she can’t go on long walks anymore. I would enjoy meeting different dogs and fulfilling their needs because I need them too! In my house my pets always come first. I continue to learn what my dog needs are as she gets older. I believe that if you are to own any pet that their needs come before your own. A lot of love goes into taking care of my pets.

18. Lucilla E.

“Lucilla was a life saver! We had someone cancel on us last minute, and she was willing to jump in to help make sure our fur baby was taken care of. She is great at communicating and flexible. Highly recommended her!”

19. Kenzie C.
“I had to leave out of town for a week and I needed someone to take care of my dog for me and I am very grateful that I was able to find someone like Kenzie. She provided me with updates about any issues that she was having with my dog and also went out of her to bring my dog to the dog park even though I told her not to worry about it. 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

20. Natasha Chante K.
“Natasha K. is a caring and reliable individual with an outstanding personality. Her dedication and attention to detail towards what she loves is quite admirable. Understanding what an animal needs and wants are some of the qualities of being a great pet sitter/ dog walker and Natasha K. definitely exudes that. She is so passionate, and enjoys caring for dogs along with her experience in training dogs. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.”
