About: Growing up I’ve always had dogs in my family. However now that I’m an out-of-state student, I’ve been feeling homesick and it especially doesn’t help that I’m not around any dog love anymore. I heard about Rover through a friend and felt that this would help me with what I’ve been feeling. About: 🐾 Hi! I’m someone who has grown up around animals my entire life — dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, and more — and caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. From a young age, I helped care for family pets, and over the past several years, friends and neighbors have regularly trusted me to care for their pets while they travel or work. In December 2025, after multiple recommendations from friends and neighbors, I decided to join Rover to expand my pet care services within my community. What started as part-time pet sitting has recently grown into expanded availability for boarding, house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walks. I also like to discuss each dog’s comfort level, socialization, routine, and needs beforehand to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. I’m also open to house sitting when it’s the right fit. Because I have pets of my own, they would need to come with me for longer stays. They’re friendly, well-socialized, and respectful in the home environment, and I always prioritize maintaining a safe, calm, and comfortable space for everyone involved. I have always grown up with a pet in the house, whether it be a hamster, fish, kitten, puppy, etc. I currently have 4 pets of my own. Yes, 4 pets: 3 cats & 1 dog, but let’s be honest— they’re my babies! They bring me so much joy and if you’re anything like me, your fur babies do the same for you; you’d do anything to keep them happy, too. With that being said, I definitely understand that life can be unexpected and get crazy. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
