About: I grew up with dogs of all kinds as well as cats my whole life and have done dog walking for the past 5 years and dog sitting for the past 4. I’m now a student who misses hanging out and going on long walks with her dog and would love to hang with your fur baby! I’m currently a student at the U of A and take my classes online so I have a super flexible schedule during the days and even on weekends! I can easily crate your dog if needed and am more than happy to send you photos and videos of your pet while on walks or when I check in if you’d like that!

“When I first started looking for a dog walker I messaged 4 people on the Rover app, we were out of town and delayed a day from coming home. So this was the last minute need help with her dog situation. Sasha was the only person that was available. 2 were unavailable which we understood and one did not get back to us. Sasha was on time, and came in as a new person to our blue nose pitbull, our cameras showed us how kind and caring Sasha was to our dog. She took a moment to let Ryder get to know her instead of rushing out to just get him walked. She talked to him kindly and made him feel comfortable with a new person in his house and getting ready to walk him. They had a great walk. She responded to us right away and even took a little extra time to make sure that he got the walk he needed which we really appreciated. I would definitely pick her again to help us out in the future and i'm very thankful, she was available. Thanks Sasha! This was our first using the Rover app and it is much better easiest and cheaper than the Wag dog walker app. I was much happier with Rover.”

About: Have been walking neighbors dogs for my whole life and dog/cat sit to earn the responsibility of getting my own! My baby is a german shepard/ pitbull mix and he's the sweetest ever. I have experience caring for dogs from the pima animal shelter and giving them the best day they can have. From scared shelter dogs to puppy's in their shark phase, I have loved and cared for them all. I love all breeds big or small and can't wait to meet yours!❤️🥹 I'm an online student at the UofA making my days super flexable. I love to go on long walks and would love to have a buddy. I first prioritize making your pet feel comfortable with a stranger in the home and letting them know i'm not a threat. I mainly let them sniff and approach me then pet them and exhibit calm and trustworthy energy but will also treat them if given permission by the owner. About: My whole life has been around animals including 2-3 dogs in my household, caring for a guinea pig, and loving on my friends’ cats. We raised several dogs from 6 week old puppies to their senior years. Since moving out on my own I have had the opportunity to dog sit for all ages of pups. I have also always taken a special interest in volunteering at local animal shelters. I would love the chance to look after and love your animal like my own. I recently moved to the area and have time before my program starts. My days are all about learning the area and preparing for classes so my availability is extremely flexible. About: Hi, I’m Charlotte (Carly)! I am a remote grant writer, which means I work from home and have a flexible schedule that leaves plenty of time for walks, playtime, and check-ins. I’ve had cats my entire life and have shared the last seven years with my blue heeler, Dudley, so I’m comfortable with everything from independent felines to high energy dogs who need lots of exercise and attention. Whether your pet needs a long walk, a drop-in visit, or someone to keep them company while you’re away, I’ll treat them like family. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to follow your routines for feeding, medication, and anything else that keeps your pet comfortable. I work an incredibly flexible, remote schedule. I set my own hours and can fit visits, walks, and check-ins throughout the day, including midday breaks that are hard for many sitters to offer. When I care for your pets in your home, I treat your space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I will follow your house rules, clean up after every visit, and leave everything just as I found it.

About: I have had pets in my care for over 30 years and now work primarily as a pet and house sitter. I prioritize a pet’s needs while their loved ones are away. I do not have pets of my own so I can be available for other's pets. I'm comfortable, experienced, and punctual with medicating both dogs and cats using a variety of methods. I have experience with animals outside of dogs and cats. Please mention in your request the additional pet and their needs. I have cared for snakes, tortoises, fish, lizards, guinea pigs, and rats so far! I work full time as a pet care giver and dog walker. I have no pets of my own as I find that way I can be more available for other's pets. I’m open to house sitting at the pet’s home overnight for multi day stays as well as coming to the pet’s home for regular walks and play sessions. I do not charge for the initial 30 minute Meet & Greet. I’m happy to meet for an extended Meet & Greet or have multiple Meet & Greets depending on your pet’s needs. Any extended or additional Meet & Greets will be booked as a drop-in visit through Rover. I am willing to travel outside of my listed parameters for an additional charge. During multi-day house sitting stays, I will typically spend the first 24 hours at the house with the pet(s) to guarantee comfortability. I am able to give regular updates to pet owners that include wellness checks, photos, videos, and FaceTime when communicated and scheduled prior. I prioritize stress free time when pets are away from home and away from their family by treating every pet with kindness, love, and respect.

About: Note: I will travel outside of my service radius for overnight/house sitting if my schedule allows. I provide personalized love and attention for your dog & cat to keep them happy and feeling loved. I have always been an animal lover and have been rescuing animals for almost as long as I can remember. I will give your four legged family member the same love and attention I give my own babies. I am proud to be owned by my rescue babies and they and those that have come before in my life have taught me many useful lessons and given me a great deal of experience. Special needs are not a problem at all for me, just tell me what your fur baby needs. I have worked with every size of dog from a tiny Yorkie to a large Irish wolfhound, no matter the size or the need they all get extra scritches from me. I also currently foster and volunteer with pacc so am constantly adding more knowledge to my bank of information. I believe animals can teach us everyday if we let them. Please know my house sitting rates shown here are for care where the dog can be left alone for 4 hours or more. I do offer services for dogs who can’t be left alone that long but the rate will be different. Pet care is my weekly routine I am focused on provided top notch care for all of my clients. I do rover full time and always work my schedule around the wonderful pets in my care.

About: I’ve had furry friends my entire life, and have been taking care of other people’s pets since I was 13. Pet sitting is not just a hobby for me but passion that started my own childhood home. Having dogs in my own home, and thinking how I’d want a sitter to treat my doggie, I will be sending lots of photos, having clear communication with owner, and always be available to call if the owner needs to contact me on a doggie matter. I can take care of furry friends nearly everyday out of the week, although I am currently in collage and my schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:15 to 2:45. I do not have any pets at my house, so if your furry friend does not do well with other dogs it’s a perfect fit. If a dog is quite energetic and social we will go on lots of walkies to tire them out so there not missing out!
