About: I grew up in Florida surrounded by reptiles of all kinds, lots and lots of dogs, a couple cats, and other assorted pawed and clawed friends. I've had dogs in my family since I was a little kid. I have a particular soft spot for small dogs and grumpy elderly dogs who just want to relax. I currently have an anxious dog, a cat, 3 tarantulas (curly hair, desert blonde, red rosehair), a ball/royal python, a grumpy leopard gecko, a flock of quails, and colonies of mealworms and dubia roaches 🐛 Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns! Family-quality pet care is part of my daily routine since I have a small zoo of my own babies. I like to be particularly attentive to pets' body language and cues. Lauren was so amazing with my dogs. I was so worried about how my extremely shy girl would react to her but she did well. The puppy was great and having Lauren take care of my fur babies gave me peace of mind that I had one less thing to stress about. So grateful...highly recommend!!
Stephanie has been such a blessing to our home. She has a real sense for dogs, how to relate to them and how to work with them. My little guy has a fearful bent and his response to fight or flight is to fight. This did not intimidate Stephanie as it does many sitters and she was able to work with him right from the meet and greet. They quickly bonded and she’s just been amazing! She’s definitely a keeper!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
