About: I’ve been petsitting/housesitting for 8 years in San Diego CA and when I travel for petsitting. My experience with animals ranges from a wide variety of chickens, goats, pigs, a pet cow, horses, lizards, snakes and turtles as well as; cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes I am available most weekdays for drop ins and walks; with limited weekend availability depending on the week. If my schedule shows I am available through the weekend, then I am! For dog day care or boarding I am the primary caretaker but there are two extra sets of hands available. I currently look from home during this part of the year and have a flexible schedule to accommodate! We have a fully fenced in yard and prefer to take in only one families dogs at a time. If you dog is comfortable with it or prefers it, I am happy to take them on outings with me around town. I live walking distance to a shopping center and a few parks. Safety is very important to me as well as keeping the animals safe. I expect that all dogs and cats I care for to be non aggressive and properly trained to be safe to all in public. If they are not I require that it be disclosed in full and discussed with me prior to the sit, drop in, or walking; I am familiar with and can accommodate almost all behaviors but I do require it to be disclosed before proceeding. My priority is the comfort of your pet within their environment as well as the safety of all within that environment including your pet. If there are any quirks or triggers that your pets exhibit it is expected that they be disclosed when booking a walk, drop in or house sit as they can be accommodated if they are disclosed before the walk/visit. Please disclose if your cat is a frequent scratcher or biter, or if you dog has a rage/bite history for the safety of all parties.

About: Hello! I absolutely love pets, from dogs to birds to many animals in between. While I’ve never have owned a dog, I have grown up around dogs all my life (Golden Retrievers, Labs, Chihuahua, Blue Heeler, Newfoundland, Sheltie, etc). I have taken dogs of several sizes on walks multiple times, and have had to feed some before as well for my family members. I have a lot of experience around animals in general as well, from taking care of and riding horses, cuddling with cats, and owning my wonderful pet parakeet for several years. I have a good understanding of dog and animal body language as a result. My schedule is current very open except for the week of July 7th to July 14th. I am very flexible with times as well, I’m not doing much right now as a person with a seasonal job that off during the summer! I would like to have one to several sessions a day of dog walking or check ins until my home is prepared to take in pets for the day or i am able to do overnight visits. Will only be available in the San Diego area until mid September, and will be available a week before the Christmas Holiday! Will be available in West LA at other times. Not currently accepting pets in my home. Depending on your and your pet’s needs, I can be flexible with how i approach visits and walks. For high energy pets and/or pets that require a lot of enrichment, I can be their play or walking buddy ! I love being able to be a source of play and fun for animals. If your pet is more shy/anxious, I won’t hesitate to give them the space they need while keeping an eye on them. I want to make sure you and your pet are as comfortable as possible with me as the caretaker, and I understand a new person may be scary for some animals. If your pets need to be fed or taken outside for bathroom things, I can do that as well. I’m not the most experienced with crates, but I am willing to accommodate if that is what you use. In general, I will try to be as attentive and interactive as possible to create the most positive environment possible for everyone. I can’t wait to meet you and your wonderful pets!

About: I’ve had a number of dogs since childhood: German Shepard, Poodle, Dachshund, and most recently a Border Collie. I currently walk & dog sit dogs both at their house and ours. I provide daily pictures and updates. Would love to meet and walk your fur baby. I’m newly retired and have plenty of time to play with and walk your fur baby. Available most days. Looking forward to meeting you both soon. I live in a pet friendly community. We live in a cul-de-sac with a fenced yard. I also currently dog sit in owners homes and provide updates and pictures.

About: I love being outdoors and being on walks to help you out is a catch for me and your pup. I’ve watched fish, tortoises, guinea pigs, cats, and DOGGGIESSS in their owner homes. I’m working part time right now 9-6 Mondays and Fridays. Which makes me free on days you need. Plus, I’m a call away. I thrive on honesty so we can get what we need done. I have two dogs at home. A big mutt and small Maltese. Taking them on walks is important for me to bond and help them get their exercise. I use to work full time and I get the anxious feelings with leaving dogs on their own so I’m understanding in any cases.

“We will definitely be using Nicole again to walk our Vizsla Dash! Professional and on time, she even took care of filling up his water bowl before she left. She also gave a detailed review and took great pics! pictures!”

She’s a German Shepard, and lives at my boyfriend’s house. I love taking her out for a nice long hike, to the dog park near my home, and with me to cafes and dog friendly restaurants. I also equally love cats. I adore their independent nature and protective attitude. Cats and dogs are the best. I would be an excellent care taker if choose to look after your fur babies. I work part time as an esthetician and my schedule is flexible so I can tailor my schedule to fit your animals needs and routine I have a dog park in my apartment community and pet toys and animal treats to make their stay nice and comfy. About: I am a nanny who dog sits for my nanny family occasionally, entrusted with pet care for multiple days, including feeding, walking, playtime, and snuggles I work about 30 hours a week in my nanny family’s home (3 days a week) and have 3-4 days a week completely open for work. On the days I nanny, I am still available for check ins and other duties in the afternoon/evening hours. Being a nanny means I am trusted with home privacy and family/pet care. You can count on me to carry out responsibilities inside your home.

About: Recently moved back into the San Diego area and excited to start dog sitting again! :) I joined Rover to feel all the joys of having a dog at home since I don’t have one of my own, while giving pet owners a much deserved break. I work remotely in cybersecurity, so it’s easy for me to find time to step away for potty breaks or short walks throughout the day. I don’t need to leave the home often because of my job so if your dog can’t be alone for long I’m a great fit. I keep just one dog at a time in my home so I can give my full attention to that pup. I live in a safe neighborhood that’s a bit far inland but is great for taking dogs out on walks.

About: I have had animals all my life from horses to cats and everything in between. I have taken care of animals of every kind since I was 8. I've boarded animals for short and long term stays. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I truly believe pets are a part of the family. I have experience administering medications to dogs as well as cats. I have had hand in training a few of puppies, especially on the potty training front. It's a great joy of mine taking care of animals, because they do so much for us. I work from home with a good amount of down time most weeks. I have the ability to take breaks as I please, so I can drop in on your pet when needed or if boarding take them outside whenever they choose. I live in an apartment complex that has a great dog park. Our neighborhood has plenty of space away from traffic for safe, fun walks, as well as hiking trails within walking distance. I have 2 cats that have lived and been around dogs of all sizes on and off throughout their lives, and don't mind them one bit.

She makes sure he’s comfortable, well cared for, and gets plenty of attention. She also regularly takes him for walks when I’m in the office, and he absolutely adores her.
