I needed some last-minute help and not only were they able to accommodate my short notice booking, but they also made time to squeeze in a meet-and-greet session so my dog could have a chance to acclimate a little. During the actual visit, I got a midday check-in, complete with a photo of my boy relaxing and looking perfectly comfortable and content without me.
