I have puzzles, sniff mats, and toys here for both cats and dogs that get washed and sanitized in between uses. I have a nice backyard with plenty of room for laying out, playing fetch, or just getting the zoomies out. I also have a neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks and trails to get our exercise in.

Hey, all! I moved to San Diego the summer of 2025. I love caring for animals and building a community for myself and felt inspired to try and start a small pet care business. Being separated from our pets can give us as much separation anxiety as it can them and I do my best to keep pet parents updated and reassured, as well as the pets loved on with plenty of playtime activities, exercise, and cuddles. If boarding in my home, your pet will have their own room that gets deep cleaned and reset after each stay. I always encourage parents to bring whatever will make their pet feel most at home and comfortable. That room is their space for feedings and if they want some time to play with their toys or decompress. They’re never crated unless requested by the parent. When caring for multiple dogs, I take dogs on a walk to feel out their temperament and socialization. If they get along great, they do playtime together, if not, I cycle out playtimes/walks/rest times so everyone still has a fun and stimulating day while always putting safety first. I love to be extra and do theme party days if boarding falls on a holiday 😃 I am in the Ranchos Peñasquitos area with a fenced in yard. We have lovely trails in the neighborhood and nearby. I am also available for dog walking, drop ins, and pet sitting in your home.

I have a fear-aggressive dog with a substantial bite history, and I never board her because it’s usually too complicated. Holly went above and beyond to meet us where we were at and helped us feel totally confident with her ability to care for our pup. If we were local we would come back all the time!
I can’t recommend Holly highly enough! I boarded my dog, Leela, with her for a week while I was out of town visiting family over the Fourth of July, and she exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Holly made the entire process seamless by handling both pick-up and drop-off, which was incredibly convenient. Throughout Leela’s stay, she kept me updated every single day with messages, photos, and videos. She let me know how Leela was doing, how well she was eating, what her temperament was like, and how she was getting along with the other dogs. Those daily updates gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to truly enjoy my trip, knowing my dog was in great hands. Holly and her husband have a wonderful home with a spacious backyard that’s perfect for boarding dogs. Leela got plenty of exercise with daily walks and had a safe, comfortable environment where she was treated like part of the family. One thing that really stood out to me was how thoughtful Holly is. She even made homemade treats for the dogs for the Fourth of July and reached out to ask my permission before giving one to Leela. That level of care and attention to detail speaks volumes about how much she genuinely loves and cares for every dog she watches. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, caring, and truly goes above and beyond, Holly is the one to book. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll absolutely be booking with her again in the future.
Holly took such good care of our Azzy girl! I really appreciated the daily updates of photos and videos. Azzy had a great weekend and made lots of friends 😊
