“Melanie once again did a fantastic job looking after our fur babies. She clearly loves animals and takes the time and effort to make them comfortable and feel loved. Our cat is very shy and doesn’t warm up to strangers quickly. Melanie got him to come out of his shell much more this time which was great to see. She always follows directions and keeps the routine as normal as possible. Lots of walks and snuggles too! She keeps the house very clean and does the laundry that she makes and cleans up after herself. Our dog has made a special bond with her and it’s so nice to see him so happy with her while we are away. Looking forward to having her stay the next time!”

Ciara was super helpful and polite in the leadup and even provided me with references to call. She got rave reviews and sure enough, Ciara was awesome. We have a kind of complicated home with a lot of smart devices and she had no problems getting comfortable at all. She was very quick to respond and checked in every day. Ciara was even able to send me a few pics of my very skittish cats who tend to hide when strangers are there. By the end of her stay one of my cats was actually coming out to see her a little bit.
