“Julia saved the day! We left our dog with another caretaker who decided a couple days in that it was not a good fit. He messaged me while I was away in Florida, unable to pick up the dog. At 8pm I was able to find Julia, and not only did she agree to take our dog, but her partner went and picked her up for us. I could have cried. Our dog the went on to have an INCREDIBLE week with Julia and her other dogs. She came back better socialized and more confident. I actually felt sad bringing her home because she seemed to have the best week. Julia said a heartfelt goodbye to our girl and it really seemed that she has such a genuine love for dogs. Nora was the sweetest! She took care of my dogs Myles and Suki on a last minute request when our previous sitter cancelled on us. She followed all of our instructions and provided my dogs a comfortable and calm environment to be in. Nora also provided us constant updates and pictures of our dogs while they were with her, so we had a lot of peace of mind knowing they were well taken care of. We are so appreciative of her!
Ella was the best with my Rosie girl!!!! We went over beforehand for a meet and greet which gave me a lot of reassurance leaving my girl with someone new. Ella was very thorough, answering all my questions and more. Communication was great with all the feedback a dog mom needs including photos ❤️❤️ Rosie seemed to have a lovely time and we will definitely book with Ella again.
I was so worried about leaving Missy in a home with other dogs as she is not dog friendly….much to my surprise it all went swimmingly well! Ryan sent me many beautiful photos of Missy co-existing with the different size and breeds there 😍 Ryan has a very relaxed and calm manner around his guest and it seems to rub off on them….I call him the Dog Whisperer 😀 I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Missy there again, thanks Ryan!
Ericson was wonderful from start to finish and took great care of our little Colette, who now seems to think of him as uncle Ericson. He was friendly, easy-going, courteous and responsive, and sent us regular updates, which was nice because it helped us see she was being her usual playful and joyful self. I was Nicholas’s first client, and I’m very happy to recommend him. My dog Dolton is about 100 lbs, has some behavioural quirks and can sometimes be reactive, so he’s not necessarily the easiest dog to care for, especially in a busy downtown setting. Nicholas did really well with him, and I felt that Dolton was in good hands. Nicholas sent occasional pictures throughout the stay and was very responsive when I had questions or wanted a quick update. He was attentive and clearly cared about doing a good job and making sure he understood Dolton’s needs. I really appreciated the effort and care he put into looking after him. If Nicholas can do this well with Dolton, I’m confident he’ll do great with many other dogs too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to other dog owners.
Kari loves animals, I could tell from the very first moment Willow met Kari. There was no barking or second sniffs. Right then I knew Willow would be zero hassle. I will definitely use Kari again, and I highly recommend her as she was very welcoming when we first met up. 10/10
Natasha was excellent with my pup Kimi. I actually had to extend the booking and Natasha was fine with that. She really was a great help to me and my pup. She knows what she is doing and my pup was having a lot of fun at her place, she even got a little pool out for kimi to play in. My pup had some meds for upset tummy and she helped nurse him back. He is fit and happy and I can't thank her enough.
First time having Francielly sit our dog and it was smooth, easy, and stress free. Great communication, loved the pics and updates, and pick up and drop off really helped us during this busy time. Will have her sit our pup again...bonus she got spoiled the entire time!

We had to book a last minute overnight stay due to family trip. Vanessa was fantastic with great communication. Answered all our questions and kept ups updated. Our Lilo was loved and you could tell because she still looked for Vanessa as we were picking her up! Would recommend!
Lisa was very friendly and accommodating. It was the second time our dog had stayed with her and when we arrived BG walked right up to the door ready to go inside as though it was comfortable and familiar. She was happy to see Lisa and didn’t hesitate to walk into the building with her.
Amanda was great! She was clearly super knowledgeable about dogs, and asked great questions about Clover’s habits, toys, etc. She was responsive and sent me great updates and photos, and took Clover out on many good walks and adventures. She was also happy to do a meet and greet in advance which I appreciated so my pup already knew her. I would book with her again :)
Madeline was a godsend! We had to go on a last minute trip out east, and none of our usual friends who dogsit were available. Even when we dropped her off and had forgotten all Susie's things, she was fine for us to go out, get them, and drop them back off. She sent us pictures every day and Susie came home clearly having had the time of her life with Madeline!
