Calm, caring, and fun dog pal
I have had dogs in my life since I was a child. Work is busy and it’s not fair to have my own right now. Work is also unpredictable in terms of last minute travel so I need to review all requests with that in mind and likely won’t be able to do very long term boarding. I would love to hang out with your dog and provide a safe and calm space for them until you return.

Amanda was great, between communication and updates on how my dog was doing, to my dog not wanting to leave when I picked her up, Amanda was a fabulous person to leave my pup with. Would recommend to all, she's great!
Amanda was great! She was clearly super knowledgeable about dogs, and asked great questions about Clover’s habits, toys, etc. She was responsive and sent me great updates and photos, and took Clover out on many good walks and adventures. She was also happy to do a meet and greet in advance which I appreciated so my pup already knew her. I would book with her again :)
Amanda is a truly wonderful sitter! She was incredibly attentive to Bambi’s needs and gave her such a fun and loving weekend. She went above and beyond by doing activities with her (like taking her to the farmers market and letting her enjoy sunny naps on the porch), giving her lots of snuggles, and making sure she felt comfortable and happy. When I picked Bambi up, she had a pep in her step, it was obvious she had a great time and was well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Amanda checked in every day and shared pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind and was a lovely touch. Thank you so much for everything, Amanda. Bambi was clearly spoiled and loved while she was with you!
Amanda was able to look after Neptune on very short notice when my other care canceled. Her house is nice and clean with a backyard (a treat for my apartment pup) and he got to sleep in the bedroom on his own bed which is his routine at home too. She was very kind and sent a daily picture with updates and Neptune came back happy and relaxed. Couldn't ask for a better sitter.
Thank you so much, again, for taking such stellar care of sweet Rosie. I love getting the updates. I also appreciate you offering to groom her during her stay, over an beyond as always. That’s again!

Schedule
I work full time with a flexible employer. I can work from home or from my office which is an easy 40 minute walk from home if you feel it’s ok for your dog to hang with me and my one other co worker in a calm office environment. I love walking and am happy for your dog to sleep wherever they are comfortable be it beside my bed or in a crate.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small back yard that is fenced. There is enough room for small ball chasing and bathroom breaks. I have an attached townhouse. There are multiple parks near my home and a dog park near my work if that is ok with you and your dog. My home is calm and there are no children.
A typical day
I walk a lot and am happy to play in a park on a long leash. I will play games in the house ( like hide and seek to reinforce recall), as well as fetch with soft toys. Whatever you do with your dog I am happy to repeat to ensure they are calm and comfortable.
