At 8pm I was able to find Julia, and not only did she agree to take our dog, but her partner went and picked her up for us. I could have cried. Our dog the went on to have an INCREDIBLE week with Julia and her other dogs. She came back better socialized and more confident. I actually felt sad bringing her home because she seemed to have the best week. Julia said a heartfelt goodbye to our girl and it really seemed that she has such a genuine love for dogs. We ended up at Jeff’s very last minute, nevertheless Jeff and his wife were very thorough and accommodating. They let our fur baby get comfortable with their house and other dogs before confirmation of the booking. We really appreciated how thorough they were. Our dog was instantly at ease in their home. She had a great time at their place. She was taken on regular walks and got playtime with other dogs there. Her routine was followed as requested. We got regular updates. She was very comfortable at their place and got very comfortable with Jeff and his wife. Jeff’s place will be our go to place in Ottawa for boarding our dog. We are thankful to both of them for looking after our fur baby so well.
If you’re ever looking for a dog person to take care of yours - Andrea is the girl to do it! My dog came home so calm and happy, which is all we needed to know. She was very attentive to his needs and gave us updates on a regular basis. I would not hesitate to book with her again!

C'était la 2e fois que nous faisions garder nos 2 chiens par eux, et encore une fois tout s'est super bien passé. Nos chiens étaient très contents de les revoir, ce qui nous a tout de suite rassurés. Ils ont vraiment bien pris soin d'eux et nous avons eu l'esprit tranquille pendant notre absence.
Cassandra is a gem! I felt listened to when communicating the dogs needs, she was interested in learning about their routine, likes and dislikes. She also put all winning combinations forward by meeting the dogs first and allowing them to visit her home before our holidays. You can see she is a true dog lover. Cassandra provided daily updates with pictures, which was very reassuring! Thank you Cassandra!
Nathalie was the most accommodating and wonderful dog sitter for Charlotte. Charlotte is not straight forward to introduce to other dogs and Nathalie was willing to try anyways and it worked out so well! I’m so glad Charlotte got to hang out with some other dogs over the holidays and plenty of walks and cuddles. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Audrée took excellent care of Boris while we were away. She treated him as part of her family. I got lots of pics of him sprawled on their bed and with their dog. Also, she’s bilingual! She really helped us when our old Dogsitter canceled 2 days before our trip, and then again when our return flight was cancelled and she took care of Boris for an extra night at the end. We would def recommend Audrée!
Leah looked after our Bernese puppy many times during our stay in Canada, and he absolutely loved his time with her.
