“Natasha was very friendly, professional and easygoing with booking and accommodating Bruce as a puppy. She gave me an update on how he was doing that reassured me he was in good hands. Bruce got one-on-one attention and care by someone who clearly loves dogs and I am thankful. He had a safe yard to sniff around in and a warm person to cuddle with. Have already rebooked and will continue to do so.”

“I just returned from a 12 day cruise and want to give a top rating for dog boarding to Rui. My eight -year old cocker spaniel is shy and in past has suffered from separation anxiety when I boarded him to the point where I needed vet-prescribed medication. Rui has a calm energy and knew how to calm my dog so he did not need medication. He ate well and in the frequent photos and videos that Rui sent me I could see that he was very happy and not really missing me ... this was like summer camp for him and I feel reassured that I can now travel knowing that "Duke" will be happy and well cared for. Many thanks to Rui and her spouse Josh for their loving care of my little guy!!”
