Hello, I’m Leah. First, let me say how excited I am to meet all your energetic, sweet, funny, chill, and everything else dogs and cats! I look forward to building a relationship with them and you. Long story shot - I’m the girl who wanted to be a vet growing up, and I feel so lucky to every day get to fulfil my dream of working with animals! Whether your pup enjoys a brisk jog, a leisurely walk, or some time at the dog park, I’m happy to adapt to their pace. If they prefer to relax at home, I’m just as happy snuggling, playing, or keeping things low-key. My goal is to ensure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease while they’re with me. At my home, I’ll do whatever it takes to make your pets feel welcome. Whether that’s sharing the couch, letting them sleep on the bed, or tossing a ball for an impromptu game of fetch, I’m here for it! I also have experience with different needs. From administering oral medications (pills and syringes) to following strict dietary routines or reinforcing training programs, I’ll handle it with care. I’ve worked with puppies and elderly dogs too—so I’m well-versed in crate training, extra attention, and all the love they require. If you have any questions or specific requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members and give them all the care and attention they deserve!

Leah was punctual and picked up my large breed puppy and had no problem handling him. I will use her again in the future.
Leah looked after our Bernese puppy many times during our stay in Canada, and he absolutely loved his time with her. He was so excited to see her every time, and she was so relaxed and put our kind at ease about everything. She is very professional and communicative, and genuinely lovely person. Thanks again Leah!

Leah took on the difficult task of learning how to administer insulin injections for Smokey while we were away! She did awesome! She gave us updates and photos and left our apartment very clean! I highly reccomend her!
Leah accommodated a pretty last-minute request and was easygoing and reliable. We were relieved to know our cats would be in good hands while we were away.
Kenai (& I) are big Leah fans! Took great care of my pup, he came home tired and happy 😊 Have already rebooked!

Schedule
I am excited to be able to offer full-time pet care any day of the week. My schedule is flexible and my services are offered 24/7! I also take same day bookings. Please don’t hesitate to ask!

Safety, trust & environment
Safety always first! To ensure peace of mind for you and me, every pup under my care is equipped with an AirTag. My apartment is filled with dog toys and treats to make your furry companion feel right at home. Further, I am within walking distance to multiple dog parks if that’s an activity your dog enjoys!
A typical day
I'm happy to go on runs around the neighbourhood with your dog or take them to the dog park to play fetch or socialize with other dogs. Once inside, I love giving them all the belly rubs and ear scratches they want! If they are ready for a nap they are welcome to snuggle on the couch, my bed, or their bed, whichever is preferred for them.
