I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without Abigael. I was unexpectedly separated from Winnie during an incredibly stressful situation, and from the moment Abigael stepped in, she treated Winnie as though she were her own. She went so far beyond what I ever could have expected from a dog boarder. She picked Winnie up from the airport, bought things for her, cared for her, comforted her, played with her, and most importantly, gave her so much love when I couldn’t physically be there to do it myself. She sent me updates every hour, which meant more to me than I can explain. I never had to wonder if Winnie was okay—I could see that she was safe, happy, comfortable, and being completely spoiled. Abigael also took on the responsibility of getting Winnie back to the airport and dropping her off at cargo so she could finally make the rest of her journey home to me. She handled everything with so much kindness and care during a situation that was stressful and completely unexpected. I will forever be grateful to Abigael for the kindness, patience, care, and genuine love she showed Winnie. She didn’t just look after my puppy—she loved her for me when I couldn’t be there to do it myself. That is something I will never forget. There are very few people I would trust completely with my girl, but Abigael is absolutely one of them. If you are looking for someone who will treat your dog as more than just an animal in her care, but as someone precious and deeply loved, I cannot recommend Abigael enough. Winnie was incredibly lucky to have her, and so was I. ❤️🐾
Ryan was exceptional. This was my first time boarding Otis, so I was nervous about the entire process. Ryan made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The amount of updates and pictures I received was wonderful! Ryan's experience and knowledge of dogs' behavior and dynamics really impressed me. He makes it a priority to ensure that all dogs are comfortable and happy, and Otis became great friends with the other dogs he was boarding with. He truly cares about the dogs, and it shows. All of my expectations were exceeded, and I'm excited for Otis' next visit!
Yao and her friend were absolutely fantastic with Willow! At our arrival, they greeted us warmly and spent lots of time reassuring our nervous dog. We received regular updates and photos. Communication was wonderful! We definitely will be going back for a visit or a sleepover soon!
It's always a leap of faith to leave one's little friends (in my case, two cats) in the care of someone new and unknown, but it worked out perfectly with Caralyn and Ethan. Our cats took to them right away, and were very relaxed and comfortable in the photos we received, and in person when we picked them up. They clearly had a great time, and received lots of love and attention. Caralyn and Ethan will be my first choice to look after them again in the future, and I have no hestitation in recommending them to take care of your pets. When I was away on vacation, it was great knowing my kitties were also having a comfortable and safe vacation.
Jeff and his partner were absolutely amazing with our 9-month-old puppy. Great communication, very attentive to our dog’s needs, and went above and beyond to make our dog’s stay magical. Francia and her family were absolutely wonderful! From the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease knowing our Golden Retriever was in such caring hands. Our girl had an amazing stay and loved spending time with their two wonderful dogs. She came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for, which means everything to us. Shuvendu took excellent care of our cat, Chester, while we were away on vacation. We were especially anxious about leaving him because, just a few days before our trip, Chester had been scratched in the eye during a fight. The vet diagnosed him with a corneal ulcer, and he needed four or five different medications, including eye drops. From our first conversation, Shuvendu was easy to communicate with, and the drop-off process was smooth and reassuring. We were still nervous about leaving Chester in someone else’s care while he was recovering, but Shuvendu quickly put our minds at ease. He sent us updates and photos every day, kept us informed about Chester’s condition, and made sure all of his medications were given properly. It was clear that Chester was being treated with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Being able to enjoy our vacation without constantly worrying about him meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful to Shuvendu and would not hesitate to trust him with Chester again. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a responsible, attentive, and compassionate cat sitter.
