Claudia et son conjoint ont offert un service adapté aux besoins d'Azure (une chatte) qui a des grands besoins d'affection et de présence. Je recevais une ou des photos à chaque jour. J'aurais pris un peu plus de détails sur son énergie, son comportement/ langage corporel, son adaptation (plus difficile quand c'est un nouveau chat, j'en conviens), mais dans l'ensemble c'était très bien. Les photos montraient une maison propre et sécuritaire... et des beaux moments d'affection où Azure avait les yeux dans le beurre.
Dès la première rencontre, j'ai senti que je pouvais laisser mes chiens avec Sarah en toute confiance et partir l'esprit tranquille. Ma chienne était nerveuse au début et Sarah l'a accueillie avec patience et douceur. J'ai reçu des photos et des nouvelles de mes chiens durant mon absence qui me permettaient de m'assurer que tout se passait bien. Je n'hésiterai pas à confier mes chiens à Sarah de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour à l'étranger !
I had such a wonderful experience with Emily watching my senior dog Bambi over the weekend! From the very beginning, she was really kind, organized, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, which made leaving Bambi a very comfortable experience. She took great care of Bambi and was incredibly attentive to her needs. Bambi is nervous during storms, and Emily was so patient and reassuring with her during them. She also made sure Bambi had plenty of outside balcony sunshine time. Throughout the weekend, Emily kept me updated, was always very responsive, and regularly sent pictures which was wonderful. It’s clear that Bambi was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Everything from drop-off to pick-up was seamless, and Emily’s kindness and passion for dogs truly shows. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely ask her to board Bambi again. Highly recommend! ❤️🐾
Rachel and Simon were so great! They were such a great fit for looking after our big dog, Ronnie. We were 100% comfortable leaving ronnie with them for the first time. After our initial visit, Ronnie was wagging her tail as soon as we arrived at their place to drop her off. They were super kind and considerate, gave us lots of photos and updates, and just all around nice people. You could tell Ronnie was super comfortable there, getting lots of attention and cuddles.
