About: We have had dogs since always! We care for them and they have always been very healthy and well trained. I worked with a vet at a young age and my extended family used to have a Bark and fitz store. We want to help others with their pets. I work full time but I want to help out and show my kids how to help out as well and that you can get paid for your work. We love dogs and have always had a dog in our home. A pet usually need physical exercises as well as psychological exercises. We can provide this kind of help. We can provide love to your animal and help out with training.

About: I have grown up around animals my whole life, especially cats! Love the furry babies to death and want to gain more recent experience. I want to gain more experience with dog walking as well. Full time government worker but I would have time to do weekend and evening drop ins! I am new to rover and I will take it slow but I am confident over the summer, I will build a few solid clients where I get to bond with your pets. I love caring for animals and I understand what each of them need. Mostly comfortable with cats and I also have some dog walking experience I have my own cat who is deaf. About: I’m a college student currently on summer break with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, and pet care throughout the week. Since I’m home full-time, I can often accommodate last-minute bookings as well. I can also speak and understand French quite well, though I’m not perfectly bilingual. I’ve always been a huge animal lover and have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I currently help care for my one-year-old dog, whom I raised from a puppy, and my nine-year-old cat at my mom’s house. Caring for pets throughout my life has taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of understanding each pet’s unique personality. I truly love both cats and dogs and will treat your pets with the same care, attention, and affection I give my own. For boarding, I live in a large home with plenty of space and access to over an acre of outdoor property and nearby forested areas for walks and exploration. I also have a hamster in a secure enclosure, which can be kept in a separate room if needed. While I can’t host cats in my home due to family allergies, I’m happy to care for cats through drop-in visits or house sitting. When caring for pets in your home, I want them to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Whether that’s daily walks, trips to the dog park, playtime, cuddles, or sticking to their usual routine, I’ll make sure they receive the care they’re used to. I’ll also send plenty of updates, photos, and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is to make every pet feel loved, safe, and cared for while you’re gone. Pet care fits well into my routine because I have a flexible schedule and can easily plan around visits, walks, and feeding times. I’m consistent and reliable, and I always make sure pets stick to their normal routine. I prioritize safety, trust, and making pets feel comfortable whether they are in my home or a client’s home. In my home, I provide a clean, calm, and supervised environment that helps pets feel secure and relaxed. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions, respect their space, and stick to the pet’s normal routine. I always ensure doors are secure, provide fresh food and water, clean litter boxes regularly, and pay close attention to each pet’s comfort and behaviour.

About: I grew up with two cats, so I'm familiar with strict care and training routines. My current cat, Kitkat, is a picky eater with prescribed medicine, so I'm very comfortable with giving medication, following specific feeding instructions, and paying close attention to a pet’s health and comfort needs. I currently work part time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your fur baby! I can do walks and scheduled visits as needed. I will keep your pet safe and comfortable with their daily routine. During visits, I handle feeding, water, litter box cleaning for cats, and plenty of head scratches. If your cat is indoors only, like mine, you don't need to worry, I'll keep them inside. For dogs, I offer walks depending on their size and energy levels. I have a dog park near my apartment where they can run around as much as they want!

I currently work Tuesdays through Saturdays, with Sundays and Mondays off. About: I am a high school teacher looking to make some extra cash while doing something that I love over the summer. I have experience with both large and small breeds, as well as experience with reactive and excitable dogs. All of the dogs I have had in my family are from shelters and did not have the best early lives, but my training experience with them has only made me love dogs more. I currently have one dog (and she is the centre of my universe) but I have lived with dogs for over 20 years and have petsit for friends and family many times. I can read a dog's body language and know how to handle potentially risky situations when encountering other dogs or people on an outing. When in the home I know how to entertain and care for dogs for hours and would love nothing more than the opportunity to spend time with yours. As a high school teacher, I have the summers off and as such have wide availability. In caring for my own dog, I routinely go for 2 short walks a day (morning and evening), and often include a longer walk in the afternoon. My little dog will happily share her toys with any friends who come to stay. Dogs are allowed on any furniture including the bed, but I have access to a small-medium crate if need be. For larger breeds who require crates, one will need to be provided.
