“Julie took great care of our cat while we were away for the holidays. Everything was done exactly as I asked, and our cat was very happy! We also came home to a clean apartment. I'll be booking with Julie again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy!”

“Shanna did an excellent job cat-sitting while I was on vacation. She provided wonderful care and it was easy to communicate with her in real time. My cat was well cared for, happy, and relaxed when I returned. I highly recommend her services!”

“Our cat is quite anxious, so honestly, we weren’t even expecting to get photos of her not hiding under the bed haha. But we were so happy to see that she was relaxed around Sarah and even let her pet her. Sarah gave us clear and timely updates throughout the visits, and communication with her was very comfortable. When we came back, we found our home clean and most importantly, our cat was friendly and didn’t seem stressed at all. We would be very happy to have Sarah look after her again!”

I'm comfortable administering oral medications (pills and oral syringes), checking for and safely removing ticks after walks, wiping muddy or snowy paws, towel-drying after rain or swimming, cleaning food and water bowls, and handling the occasional "oopsie" with patience and good humour. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can enjoy your trip knowing your companion is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
“Sydney is so lovely and my cat loved her! She truly is an animal Whisperer because my rescue is normally very afraid of strangers but felt safe and comfortable with her 🥹 (Which never happened before) She sent a lot of pictures and a detailed summary after every visit, which gave me so much peace of mind. I was afraid leaving my anxious angel behind but because of Sydney I was truly able to enjoy my vacation! 💛 Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals really shines through!! I couldn’t recommend her more! 😊”

About: I’ve always truly loved dogs and cats. I’ve had multiple pets throughout my life including dogs, cats, and even a bird🫣. My current pup is big chocolate lab named phinn. I am able to easily follow routines for the pets. I have been relied on countless times to take care of pets so I feel my experience is substantial to allow your pets to life their best life! I just got out of university and started a new job. My hours there are atypical so my availability will reflect that. I’m also comfortable adjusting my routine to make sure pets get the care, exercise, and company they’re used to. I will take the pets on walks alone with no other pets from different households for however long they need. If I am pet sitting I will ensure the pets get lots and lots of attention, play time, outside time, while making sure everything is okay. I will do whatever the owner asks of me for their pets.
“Tanya was great. Her updates were on time and always full of detail. My cats were happy when I arrived home and the litter and surrounding areas were clean. I would 💯 recommend Tanya.”

About: I have grown up with pets all of my life. I love being around animals and taking care of them, they bring so much joy. I currently work Tuesdays through Saturdays, with Sundays and Mondays off. I am happy to accommodate around my schedule if timing allows, as my work schedule is consistent starting work either at 2pm or 3:30pm each day. I will provide whatever service is needed for the pets within the owners' home, and love going for walks. Happy to take pets on adventures with me!
“Joseph and Maria took excellent care of our cat while we were away. She is an indoor-outdoor cat who doesn’t do well with big changes to her routine so having twice-daily drop ins to feed her and let her in and out was ideal. Joseph sent us lovely updates and pictures and took care of her with the love and affection she is used to. I would trust Joseph and Maria with any pet and will definitely be calling on them again! This was my first time using Rover and am really happy with the experience.”

About: Animals—especially dogs—have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve owned and cared for multiple dogs over the years, including a Maltese Pomeranian mix, and currently a German Shepherd Husky cross and a Lab Aussie Shepherd cross. Caring for active, energetic dogs has taught me the importance of patience, structure, exercise, and giving every dog the love and attention they deserve. To me, dogs are lifelong babies no matter how old they get, and I treat every pet with the same care and affection I would want for my own. What sets me apart from other sitters is my dedication to safety and preparedness. I am currently enrolled in Pet First Aid & CPR training through St. John Ambulance to ensure I can provide extra care in emergency situations. I also keep animal-specific first aid kits both in my home and in my car for added peace of mind. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently enrolled in school part-time, which gives me the flexibility to dedicate plenty of time throughout the day for dog walks, drop-ins, and quality care. No matter how busy life gets, I will always make time for a dog walk—or a few! I truly enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets never feels like a job to me. At home, I take an active role in caring for my pets and have experience with both raw food and kibble diets, including proper handling and feeding routines. I also know a few effective tips for getting dogs to take their medication safely and with less stress. Since both of my dogs shed a lot, I brush them regularly and vacuum every other day to keep the house clean. I’m also comfortable trimming nails on both light and dark nails and giving full baths
“Angela est récemment venue prendre de mes 2 chats pour 2 jours. Elle a accepté à la dernière minute alors que ma gardienne venait de se désister. Un de mes chats étant asthmatique, c'est toujours stressant de le laisser au soin d'autres personnes, mais l'expérience d'Angela, sa disponibilité, ses réponses rapides m'ont rapidement mis en confiance. Je recommande fortement Angela et je demanderai ses services de nouveau à la prochaine occasion!”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, and they’ve always been part of my heart and home. Right now, I share my days with three amazing cats, but I’ve cared for both cats and dogs since I was 12. From tiny kittens and energetic puppies to gentle senior pets, each one has taught me something about patience, kindness, and unconditional love. I think what sets me apart is how deeply I connect with animals — I truly see them as family. I take the time to learn their personalities, what comforts them, and what makes them happy. Whether it’s a cuddle, a long walk, or just sitting quietly beside them, I’m happiest when animals feel safe and loved in my care. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my day. With three cats at home, my mornings and evenings usually start and end with feeding, playtime, and lots of cuddles. I love making time for pets, whether that means going for walks, checking in during the day, or just giving them extra love and attention. Spending time with animals is one of my favorite parts of the day, and I always make sure they get the care, comfort, and company they deserve. My schedule is quite consistent in the sense that I work from home 2 days a week and have weekends off which allow me to care for your pets during holidays, special events and even on short notice. When I care for pets, my goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable, just like they would at home. I always take time to learn their routines, favorite toys, and little quirks so I can keep things familiar and stress-free. In my care, pets get plenty of attention, playtime, cuddles, and a calm space to relax. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their usual feeding, walking, and care schedule, keeping everything tidy and consistent. Whether it’s brushing, giving treats, or just sitting quietly together, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own furry family.
“Anika was prompt and amazing on checking in on our cat Wasabi. She looks tons of photos and went the extra mile washing all of his used bowls during the back to back drop in visit. We've booked her before and we'll continue coming back :)”

“Kelsea was great with my puppy! Took him out for a walk and spent time playing with him at home too. He was happy and calm when I got back, which says a lot. She also sent me tons of pics, which I loved. Would definitely book her again 😊”

“Even though Teagan had little interaction with my very shy guy, he was well fed and cared for! This was a last minute booking and Teagan connected with me right away, was flexible in meeting with me, and had open availability. Teagan kept me updated on Mickey daily and sent cute photos. I would definitely book Teagan to take care of Mickey again!”

About: Hi, i’m a college student and a huge animal lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with all sorts of animals. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters, and I currently help care for my one year-old dog, my nine-year-old cat and my hamster. I originally started pet sitting because I wanted to do something I genuinely love while earning some extra money on the side. I’ve always enjoyed being around animals, so getting to spend my time caring for them feels much more like something I love doing than just a job. I know that leaving your pet with someone else can be stressful, so I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable and confident while you’re away. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality, follow their normal routine and give them plenty of attention, whether that means going for a walk, playing, cuddling or simply keeping them company. I’m starting school soon but I’d still be available for dog walking and drop-in visits throughout the week depending on my class schedule. I’m also available for housesitting and doggy day-care on weekends, holidays and school breaks. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages so you don’t have to worry how your pet is doing while your away. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions for feeding, walks, medications, routines or anything else your pet may need. I can also speak and understand French quite well, although I’m not perfectly bilingual. I’m currently on summer break, so I have a very flexible schedule and can easily fit pet care into my days. Once school starts, I’ll still be available for dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week around my class schedule. I’m also available for housesitting and doggy day-care on weekends, holidays and school breaks. I’m usually able to plan my schedule around each pet’s needs and am happy to work with owners to find times that fit their routine. I prioritize safety, trust, and making pets feel comfortable whether they are in my home or a client’s home. In my home, I provide a clean, calm, and supervised environment that helps pets feel secure and relaxed. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions, respect their space, and stick to the pet’s normal routine. I always ensure doors are secure, provide fresh food and water, clean litter boxes regularly, and pay close attention to each pet’s comfort and behaviour.
“Kaela took very good care of my two cats, including administering twice daily meds for one. She arrived on time, fed and brushed each, and left my kitchen spotless. I loved the daily photos too, she managed some great shots! Will happily hire her again. Thanks so much!”

“Très satisfaite de mon expérience avec Hawar qui a visité notre chat à domicile pendant deux semaines. Ce fut très simple et notre Maurice a l’air très heureux d’avoir eu sa compagnie! Je recommande!”

Grace was super keen, kind, and friendly. The dogs had only met her once before she did a solo drop in to feed and walk the dogs while we were out of town for the day. We have a 14 yr old little guy that can’t walk far but she happily carried him in the carrier while walking our younger Wheaton. We are very happy w grace and will definitely be booking with her again! Thanks for treating our dogs as your own, Grace ❤️

Lorien is great with dogs and we had no worries leaving our young but high-energy pup with her! It was our first time using Rover and Lorien made the process seamless. It was easy to communicate with her and she took great care of our pup. I would highly recommend her and we will definitely use her services again in the future!
