About: I’ve had pets my entire life, and they’ve always been part of my heart and home. Right now, I share my days with three amazing cats, but I’ve cared for both cats and dogs since I was 12. From tiny kittens and energetic puppies to gentle senior pets, each one has taught me something about patience, kindness, and unconditional love. I think what sets me apart is how deeply I connect with animals — I truly see them as family. I take the time to learn their personalities, what comforts them, and what makes them happy. Whether it’s a cuddle, a long walk, or just sitting quietly beside them, I’m happiest when animals feel safe and loved in my care. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my day. With three cats at home, my mornings and evenings usually start and end with feeding, playtime, and lots of cuddles. I love making time for pets, whether that means going for walks, checking in during the day, or just giving them extra love and attention. Spending time with animals is one of my favorite parts of the day, and I always make sure they get the care, comfort, and company they deserve. My schedule is quite consistent in the sense that I work from home 2 days a week and have weekends off which allow me to care for your pets during holidays, special events and even on short notice. When I care for pets, my goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable, just like they would at home. I always take time to learn their routines, favorite toys, and little quirks so I can keep things familiar and stress-free. In my care, pets get plenty of attention, playtime, cuddles, and a calm space to relax. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their usual feeding, walking, and care schedule, keeping everything tidy and consistent. Whether it’s brushing, giving treats, or just sitting quietly together, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own furry family.

About: Je garde des animaux depuis plus de 3 ans. Ce qui me distingue, c’est mon amour sincère pour les animaux, ma patience et ma capacité à adapter mes soins aux besoins spécifiques de chacun. Je suis étudiante à l’université et je travaille à temps partiel au gouvernement fédéral, ce qui me permet d’avoir un horaire flexible. Je suis généralement à la maison environ trois jours par semaine (plus le weekend). J’ai l’habitude de faire deux marches par jour ainsi qu’une course à pied le midi, ce qui me permet d’offrir beaucoup d’exercice aux animaux. Mon conjoint et moi adorons le plein air, autant en été qu’en hiver, et nous aimons intégrer les animaux dans nos activités lorsque c’est possible. La sécurité et le bien-être des animaux sont ma priorité. Je m’assure d’offrir un environnement calme, propre et adapté afin qu’ils se sentent à l’aise et en confiance. Je prends le temps de bien comprendre les besoins de chaque animal (routine, alimentation, niveau d’énergie, comportements) pour m’y adapter et réduire son stress. Je veille à maintenir une routine stable, avec beaucoup d’attention, de stimulation et des marches quotidiennes. Je reste attentive à tout changement de comportement et je communique régulièrement avec les propriétaires afin de leur donner des nouvelles et leur offrir une tranquillité d’esprit :)

About: Growing up I always had dogs and cats to care for, I recently lost my 16-year-old cat, and I miss caring for an animal. I am comfortable and capable taking care of your pet. I will be patient and loving, and I will send all the pics! If needed, I am comfortable administering subcutaneous medications as I did so monthly for a few years with my old lady (she was on Solensia for her arthritis). I work full-time during the week, but I’m often available Thursday through Sunday to babysit or walk your pet. I’m a very active person who loves going for walks and for hikes, and would love some company from a furry pal! On the days that I am available to you, I will cater to the needs of your pet. If that means staying inside and watching a movie, I’m happy to do that! I am incredibly respectful of people’s homes if you would rather me stay at your place. I live alone and have no other animals. I have a balcony, but if you are worried, I will have the animal stay inside or on a leash. I understand that you may have anxieties and worries about your pets, and I will never judge. I am an open book and open to any of your requests.

About: I have grown up around animals my whole life, especially cats! Love the furry babies to death and want to gain more recent experience. I want to gain more experience with dog walking as well. Full time government worker but I would have time to do weekend and evening drop ins! I am new to rover and I will take it slow but I am confident over the summer, I will build a few solid clients where I get to bond with your pets. I love caring for animals and I understand what each of them need. Mostly comfortable with cats and I also have some dog walking experience I have my own cat who is deaf. I love my child more than anything and I would treat your pets like my own. I believe animals are the best and I find true peace around them.
