Caring Pet Sitter & SPCA Volunteer
Growing up, my family always had animals, dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, hamsters… you name it! Animals have always had a special place in my heart, whether they are my pets or not. I treat every animal with respect, care, patience and lots of love! For over a year now, I have been volunteering at the SPCA in Gatineau which has taught me a lot about canine and feline behaviour and enrichment strategies. For example, looking out for certain behaviours or body language as indicators for stress, fear, anger, etc. My experience has also brought so much joy into my life and I hope I can continue to help out by looking after other people’s pets! 😊 Skills 💪 - patient - attentive - loyal - caring - bilingual Experience 🐶🐱 - dog walking - canine/feline enrichment - puppy training - basic commands (sit, lay, shake/paw, stay) - giving a bath, grooming

Safety is always my number one priority. I will be sure to follow each client’s orders and each pet’s needs closely. I will also be patient with the animal by letting them approach me first, and to react appropriately based on their behaviour. I will be sure to send pictures while I’m with your pet to make you feel reassured. I want you and your pet to be comfortable and happy at the end of the day 😊

Schedule
I work from home 2 days a week and most evening and weekends I am free. I would be happy to walk dogs early in the morning before work, during my lunch hour or pet sit during the evenings or on weekends.
Prices include all fees.
