About: A previous dog owner, I truly loved and miss the companionship. As an animal lover, my son who is 13 now is ready and I would like to get him a dog so this is a good way to expose him to doggie love. I work from home all day, have fenced yard, big home and we are across from paths and green space. I love to exercise and I walk daily. I won't be taking more dogs than I can reasonably handle so you need not worry that your dog is one of many. Each precious friend will get the love and attention they deserve. If you want to board with me, your loved one must be good with kids. I will crate your dog if you require it but you must supply the crate. I work from home, my husband is retired so someone is always here. In summer my teen son is also home. We have tons of flexibility and love to go for daily walks in our neighborhood. We have a fenced yard at the end of a crescent street so quiet not a lot of traffic and we live across the street from a path and green space. We can crate your pup if required.

At just 12 years old, I rescued my first dog, a purebred Pekingese named Jasmine, from a puppy mill. I loved and cared for her until she passed at the age of 15. Today, I have a 5-year-old Woodle (Wheaten Terrier/Poodle mix) named Buddy—he's 70 pounds of energy and affection! I’ve trained both of my dogs with basic commands like sit, lay down, stay, and even high five. I’m comfortable with animals of all sizes and temperaments, from tiny kittens to large, energetic dogs. I also horseback ride and have experience caring for horses, so I’m no stranger to working with larger animals and understanding their unique needs. Whether your pet is shy, playful, energetic, or just wants someone to cuddle with, I’ll make sure they feel safe and loved while you're away. I'm patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy bonding with every animal I meet. I’d be honored to care for your furry (or hoofed!) friend and treat them like one of my own! I work from home 3 days a week, and am available during the evening's and weekends. I can be somewhat flexible with schedules and will do my best to work with your schedule. I can integrate walks, feedings, and playtime throughout my work days and during my off time. I live in a safe home, clean, with space for all animals to stay in the home. I have a fenced in backyard with multiple parks around my home. I have no issue with animals in my care to travel to dog parks or specific areas your animal loves! The same way how they live in your home will be at mine or during the time that you’re out, it's easy and enjoyable job, there's nothing else to explain by each task. About: If you leave your dog with me he or she will be treated like my 3rd child. I adore dogs, they are beautiful and loyal and kind and they deserve to be treated with the utmost care. My older children have been taught to be gentle and kind to animals. All in all your dog will be treated like a king or queen. I prefer dogs over humans most of the time. I have a single home with a good sized yard and we will take them out to play or to walk. They can cuddle with us on the couch and just make it their home away from home. I will board only on weekends and weekdays that I am not in the office, I work from home 2 days a week and if by chance I am not home, my mother lives with me and can take over for the bit of time I am away.
