About: A previous dog owner, I truly loved and miss the companionship. As an animal lover, my son who is 13 now is ready and I would like to get him a dog so this is a good way to expose him to doggie love. I work from home all day, have fenced yard, big home and we are across from paths and green space. I love to exercise and I walk daily. I won't be taking more dogs than I can reasonably handle so you need not worry that your dog is one of many. Each precious friend will get the love and attention they deserve. If you want to board with me, your loved one must be good with kids. I will crate your dog if you require it but you must supply the crate. I work from home, my husband is retired so someone is always here. In summer my teen son is also home. We have tons of flexibility and love to go for daily walks in our neighborhood. We have a fenced yard at the end of a crescent street so quiet not a lot of traffic and we live across the street from a path and green space. We can crate your pup if required.

About: I am from a household of pet lovers - 2 bengal cats, a potcake puppy and a king cavalier. I care for these animals on a daily basis working from home. Taking care of these animals includes daily walks, basic grooming, changing/maintaining litter boxes, potty breaks, feeding them, giving them their medicines, playing with them, etc. I have dog sat for family and friends before but am new to the Rover app! I am a full time student and working part time as a server. I am looking forward to walking dogs before and after classes and on the weekends. I also am interested in dog/cat sitting on the weekends. I will not be offering in house services due to the many pets at my current household. I do want to make any of the animals uncomfortable! I will be offering services at clients houses (pet sitting) on the weekends and dog walking around the neighbourhoods the animals are comfortable walking in.

About: I’ve been an animal lover since childhood and have spent my life caring for the pets of family, friends, and neighbours. For the past three years, I’ve worked at a pet store, where I’ve gained extensive knowledge in animal care, nutrition, and behavior. I also have a two-year-old high-energy Golden Retriever who I’ve personally trained—she’s now excelling in agility and is on her way to becoming a star! Pet care fills easily in my life as I have been doing it for awhile now! About: History of cat and dog sitting for neighbours. Own a 5 year old golden doodle and wish I could have 5 more. Healthcare experience and well versed in animal safety I am a nurse who works shift work. I have 5 days off in between sets and would love to help other professionals feel relaxed at work and know their animals are taken care of In my home I ensure my gate is always closed when allowing my dog in the back yard. Prior to off leash play I practice recall strategies and ensure there is trust in the relationship. I avoid heavily populated dog parks and always make sure to ask other owners if my dog can say hello to theirs

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Rottweilers and have experience with smaller breeds as well. With my mom being a dog trainer, I learned the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding that every dog has their own unique personality. I don’t currently have a dog because I want to wait until I can provide one with the space and backyard they deserve. For now, I’d love the opportunity to give your dog the love, attention, walks, and playtime they need while you’re away. I’m unable to board dogs due to having my own cat, but I’m happy to provide drop-ins and visits. Working from home gives me the flexibility and time to provide pets with the attention they deserve. During the summer, I’m already looking for more reasons to get outside, and I’d love to combine that with something I genuinely enjoy like spending time with animals. Whether it’s taking your pet on a well-deserved walk, stopping in for a check-in, or giving them some extra love and attention while you’re away, I’m excited to make sure they feel happy, cared for, and loved. I’m not currently set up to board pets in my own home, but I love visiting yours instead!
