About: My name is Anick! I am a dedicated animal lover with extensive hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. Over the years, I’ve looked after animals with different personalities, needs, and routines, which has taught me how to adapt my care to make each pet feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely happy I currently work from home part time, which gives me some flexibility with my schedule. On weekends, I’d love to help you enjoy your day by checking in on your pets! While I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits only, I approach every pet’s care with the same level of responsibility, attention, and respect as if they were staying in my own home.

About: I've always found my greatest joy in the company of dogs, and my passion for pet care runs deep. Growing up with three miniature poodle mixes, I cherished every moment, from their playful puppy days to their golden years. I embrace investing time in understanding their dietary needs, exercise routines, training, and individual personalities. When I'm with friends and family, you'll often find me bonding with the resident dog or cat, as my calm and vibrant personality resonates with animals. Since 2013, I've ventured into pet sitting/boarding, and nothing brings me more happiness than seeing those wagging tails. I'm here to support families with busy schedules, ensuring their furry friends receive the care they deserve. Whether it's long, invigorating walks, cuddles, or playtime, I'm available every day to cater to your dog's needs. Our fully fenced backyard and welcoming two-story home offers a comfortable environment for your pets. From energetic pups in need of exercise to shy, introverted dogs seeking love and attention, I'm here to provide them with the best care and companionship in their too-short lives. About: Animal lover with veterinary clinic experience, a lifetime of cat ownership, and plenty of experience with dogs too. Comfortable with nail trims, expert level cuddles, and professionally certified in belly rubs and ear scratches! I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate a variety of pet care needs. This means more time for walks, playtime, belly rubs, chin scratches, and sending you the photo updates you'll inevitably want. I know trusting someone with your pet is a big deal, so I always do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I take the time to learn their routine, quirks, favorite toys, and preferred scratching spots (for the cats who allow it). With my veterinary clinic experience, I'm comfortable following care instructions closely and keeping an eye out for anything unusual. My goal is simple: happy pets, happy owners, and lots of photo updates along the way.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and can take care of all types, I love taking walks and caring for them! I used to pet sit for many dogs around the neighbourhood. I’m at school from Monday to Friday but I can leave at lunch to check on pets and house. I can sleepover during the week and I can be there all day during the weekends. I love to play with my dog and cats and will do the same with your animals to make sure they are well taken care of and happy.

About: I live in the Orleans area which means there is so much neighborhood to go for walks and runs! I am available fulltime Monday to Sunday. I have had animals all my life! As of now I have 2 dogs, a german shepherd mix and a husky mix. I current walk dogs for a living with a company but would love to try this out on my own. I am a huge animal lover and I treat them like they are my own, with love. About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Rottweilers and have experience with smaller breeds as well. With my mom being a dog trainer, I learned the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding that every dog has their own unique personality. I don’t currently have a dog because I want to wait until I can provide one with the space and backyard they deserve. For now, I’d love the opportunity to give your dog the love, attention, walks, and playtime they need while you’re away. I’m unable to board dogs due to having my own cat, but I’m happy to provide drop-ins and visits. Working from home gives me the flexibility and time to provide pets with the attention they deserve. During the summer, I’m already looking for more reasons to get outside, and I’d love to combine that with something I genuinely enjoy like spending time with animals. Whether it’s taking your pet on a well-deserved walk, stopping in for a check-in, or giving them some extra love and attention while you’re away, I’m excited to make sure they feel happy, cared for, and loved. I’m not currently set up to board pets in my own home, but I love visiting yours instead! Sticking to your pet’s normal environment keeps their routine, schedule, and comfort level undisturbed, which tends to make the whole experience much less stressful for them.

About: ROVER is my favourite way to enjoy pets and new areas. I work as an education assistant. I work short days on a full time basis. I am able to take weekdays within Ottawa if your pets can be left alone during the day. Weekends, holidays and summers I can go anywhere for my Rover clients. I am currently also in business for myself as a BreathWork & Transformation coach, and have workshops both online and in person. I am certified as a Spiritual coach, Meditation coach, and Manifestation coach. I have both a SSW and Business Management Diploma. I believe in continuous learning. Since I was born, I have always had a pet in my life. The dogs I have loved included a German Shepherd, a Shepherd mix, a Husky mix, a Shih Tzu, a Rottweiler /Boxer mix and a Boxer /French Pin mix. The cats in my life included a Calico mix, a Tiger mix, and a Manx. As my life goals are coming to fruition, I know that this is not the right time for me to personally home, love, and care for an animal of my own. My children are all grown, and I am currently more interested in traveling, whether in my own backyard or halfway around the world, I want to see all that I can!! I LOVE to have new adventures, I am simply here to provide the love I have for my own pets to your precious furry family member while enjoying your city, town or neighbourhood. My home is currently in Ottawa, and as I have been recently hired as an education, assistant, I am able to take Rover clients on weekdays within the Ottawa area, if you are close to Orleans. Most weekdays, I may be at work for 7 hours. On weekends, holidays and summers, I am able to travel further for my Rover clients. Much of my family lives in Cornwall, so I love the opportunity to take clients there. I am also willing to drive to Montreal, Pembroke/Petawawa, Kingston, Toronto or Niagara Falls areas if you need me for 1 week or longer. I am able to take your dogs out for short walks, weather permitting, if they are not pullers. As I don’t drink, smoke cigarettes, or use drugs, that will never be happening in your home. I have great energy that animals can feel. Most timid or shy dogs warm up to me faster than you would except. My reviews showcase the results. I have a clear criminal record as well as a clear vulnerable police record.

“Maite was amazing 👏 😍 We really appreciated the updates she provided after each visit. Befire going on a trip we were a little worried for the dog having an anxiety being along, and not eating well because of that, but the dog was happy and in good health, yiu couldtell by the pictures. The dog was also very clean 👌 Maite was even giving him his pleasure to be brushed every day!! I think if our dog could speak he would say : "Please let Maite take care of me next time! "”
