She asked all the right questions regarding my pup - what he likes, doesn’t like, his schedules, routines etc - all questions that indicate that she has his best interest at heart. Throughout my pup’s stay, she sent an abundance of updates with pictures. Ollie seemed super comfortable and well taken care of. So much so that I can tell he misses her now that he’s home with us! Brianna had been fantastic with my NSDTR puppy. Juno was 8 months old and the first time boarding. Brianna easily accommodated our pup and Juno came back healthy and happy. Brianna sent photos of my dog daily participating in outdoor runs in dog parks all around the city. I would not hesitate boarding Juno with Brianna again, and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a sitter.
Our pet Oscar had a wonderful experience staying with Purna!! Oscar usually takes his time getting used to people, but he was quite comfortable when we took him to meet Purna for a meet and greet. We got regular updates about his activities and we saw him over video call every now and then. While picking him he didn’t want to leave and ran back inside. He gave Purna a nice hug before leaving!! Overall it was a wonderful experience for both us and Oscar!
