She arranged a chair by the window so my almost 13 years old “Summer” would be happy and avoid missing her daily nosy routine lol. While they also let “pixie” just to be Pixie! It was great receiving pictures of our doggies! They always seemed relaxing and happy ! We set up an initial meet and greet which immediately went well and followed by 1 overnight “test run”. In all cases Maya seemed very comfortable and Michael was attentive and provided updates. Brianna had been fantastic with my NSDTR puppy. Juno was 8 months old and the first time boarding. Brianna easily accommodated our pup and Juno came back healthy and happy. Brianna sent photos of my dog daily participating in outdoor runs in dog parks all around the city. I would not hesitate boarding Juno with Brianna again, and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a sitter.
Our pet Oscar had a wonderful experience staying with Purna!! Oscar usually takes his time getting used to people, but he was quite comfortable when we took him to meet Purna for a meet and greet. We got regular updates about his activities and we saw him over video call every now and then. While picking him he didn’t want to leave and ran back inside. He gave Purna a nice hug before leaving!! Overall it was a wonderful experience for both us and Oscar!
