“Joselyn and Jason were amazing from the moment we meet them. You could tell how confortable our dogs were around them and with their family. Their own dogs are simply adorable and extremely friendly! What a bonus! Our pups felt no fear at all towards them! Joselyn made my fur babies felt like home. She arranged a chair by the window so my almost 13 years old “Summer” would be happy and avoid missing her daily nosy routine lol. While they also let “pixie” just to be Pixie! It was great receiving pictures of our doggies! They always seemed relaxing and happy ! Thank you guys for caring so much; for feeding them their special homemade food and for making sure they received the love and attention they are use to receive at home. This was my first time using this service and boarding Trixie. Kim was absolutely phenomenal and accommodating. The booking was very last minute but she made it work. She sent me the most lovely message about Trixie which put my mind at ease while I was out of town. She also sent me photos of Trixie enjoying time with her family. I shared these photos with my children and they were so pleased that Trixie was in such good hands. I will definitely be using Kim again in the future.
Susana and her family were amazing during Mikey’s stay over the weekend. She kept me updated the whole time on how Mikey was doing and sent lots of great pictures showing how well he was getting along with Milo and the entire family. I have left my dog with Miaozi on a few occasions over the past few months - weekend getaways, week trip, etc. and every single time I trust that Zara is in great hands. She is well taken care of, gets cuddles, regular walks, activities, maintains a great routine. Miaozi also sends pics and videos regularly. Its a pleasure having her watch Zara !
I was happy to have Ruby and Gordon look after Wilson for several days. He had a great time and I received several photos and a video of him enjoying his time with them. I liked that they look after only one dog at a time and look forward to booking with them again.

Brianna had been fantastic with my NSDTR puppy. Juno was 8 months old and the first time boarding. Brianna easily accommodated our pup and Juno came back healthy and happy. Brianna sent photos of my dog daily participating in outdoor runs in dog parks all around the city. I would not hesitate boarding Juno with Brianna again, and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a sitter.
Our pet Oscar had a wonderful experience staying with Purna!! Oscar usually takes his time getting used to people, but he was quite comfortable when we took him to meet Purna for a meet and greet. We got regular updates about his activities and we saw him over video call every now and then. While picking him he didn’t want to leave and ran back inside. He gave Purna a nice hug before leaving!! Overall it was a wonderful experience for both us and Oscar!
Olivia was wonderful with Barlee during her stay (Jan 16-21). We have booked with her before and would strongly recommend her. She is extremely attentive, communicates regularly with updates and photos, and Barlee always has a wonderful time. We look forward to booking with her again!
