Reliable, welcoming and worry-free pet care! Taking care of pets is a true joy for me. I have always had family pets, and can’t imagine our home without one. I have trained and raised 2 dogs on my own, so have considerable experience at all stages and ages. I am also reliable and dependable and ready to help with all of your pet care needs.

Nancy took good care of our family dog for almost 6 weeks straight. She communicated with me when she had any questions or concerns and made suggestions based on her experience. I was comfortable leaving our dog with her.
Dot stayed over at Nancy’s for a few nights and took good care of her! She sent photos, communicated with me regularly, and tried to help Dot settle in a new place. I felt reassured that she was in good hands.
Bella and Maggie were well taken care of. Nancy sent photos throughout their time with her. They really enjoyed playing with her dog.
Copper was very well taken care of with Nancy. I also loved the personal touch of daily updates to keep us in the loop of how he was doing. Definitely would recommend and hope to use her services in the future!

Schedule
I am currently transitioning to retirement and looking to start taking on new clients, particularly for the Family Day weekend in Feb 2026 and school spring break in March 2026. I am open to taking two dogs from the same owner. For 2 dogs from different owners, I would need to have had each dog stay separately first so that I can appropriately judge comparability.

We have a fenced backyard with a pool (fenced off in winter) and keep a close eye on pets in the backyard. I have a friendly dog and a cat, as well as two teens, to provide additional companionship for your pet.

A typical day
I’ll keep your pet on its daily schedule for walks. We are close to many wooded walking trails. We also have many dog toys to keep them entertained or feel free to bring your own.
