During the several days that Stephanie took care of Lalo, she not only very successfully helped him adapt to new experiences (like being in an elevator for the first time!), but also provided him with lots of exercise, stimulation, snuggles, and love. She was also very responsive to any questions I had, and was very professional and has a lot of expertise in terms of any care needs he has, such as administering medication he is currently prescribed. Really appreciated the care and thoughtfulness that Vanessa put into taking care of Aed and finding the things that make him happy! She clearly knows her stuff, and managed to perfectly balance play, mental stimulation, and cuddles. He came home happy and tired out! She also handled a thunderstorm, which is one of his big fears, without any issues. He even got to try a brand new toy which he loves.
Jeff and his partner were absolutely amazing with our 9-month-old puppy. Great communication, very attentive to our dog’s needs, and went above and beyond to make our dog’s stay magical. Our first meeting left us feeling very comfortable and confident that our dog would have a wonderful time. We definitely recommend Jeff and his partner! :)
Sera dog sat my dog for 2 weeks. She did a wonderful job taking care of her as well as communicating with me. She clearly loves dogs and cared for her as I do: walking her regularly, playing with her and giving her love and attention. Without a doubt, I would definitely book Sera again in the future.
Stephanie was so attentive and caring. I would highly reccomend her. She took such good care of our dog. Mylo loved his stay with her. We got lots of updates and pictures. You can tell she knows dogs and has lots of experience. She went above and beyond and was very flexible!

Meriem took excellent care of my cat, Ducky, in her home for a week! Ducky is a very shy and anxious cat with minimal experience boarding. Meriem was very patient with her, trying her best to make Ducky comfortable, and even offering different food when Ducky wasn't eating. She sent me regular updates and was a great communicator, despite a language barrier between us. Meriem and her son clearly care deeply for animals and I would be glad to board Ducky with her again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
