Vanessa took such a great care of Freddie for the 2 days he spend with them. She took him on very long walks each day and the kids showered him with love and affection. He had the best time! Vanessa kept in touch to reassure me that Freddie was adjusting well and sent several pictures which helped put my mind at ease for his first stay. We will definitely be booking again when we are in Ottawa. Highly recommend!
Andrea was amazing for our dog over Thanksgiving weekend. Our dog has some separation anxiety and typically comes back stressed when staying away from us but she showed no signs of that this time. Gordia was wonderful with our 4-year old mini Australian Shepherd, Lando. After some last minute and unexpected health changes with our dog June, Ryan has been a Godsend to us during our wedding week last week. We had to rushedly book with Ryan as June started having seizures and not being able to stay at her usual boarding place. Ryan was so reassuring and accommodating throughout. He was so thorough, and kind with hand off and during June's stay. We truly felt as if June was taken care of as if she was one of his own. He sent many reassuring updates and pictures. June looked so happy, healthy and calm. She looked as if she was with another family member of ours. Her prioritized June's safety and as well as our comfort during this stressful time. I could not recommend Ryan more and would rebook with him again in a heart beat!!
