Brianna was great with Clay and Leo. She took the time to meet us ahead of the first boarding and she really took time to know them and ask a lot of questions on their personalities, do's and don'ts, likes and dislikes, etc. She sent updates and photos throughout the weekend. And she was able to respect Clay's limitation and administer his medication as prescribe by the vet. I highly recommend Brianna and Clay and Leo will visit her again soon!
Chris took very good care of my pup while I was away. My dog can be reactive to other dogs on leash and not always the easiest, but I felt that he was safe and happy during his stay. Chris was welcoming, very flexible, and communicated very well with me before and during his stay. I'd be happy for my pup to stay with Chris again, and would be happy to recommend him to anyone else.
We cannot say enough good things about Annie and Trevor! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they sent us photos and updates daily giving us total peace of mind. They were super accommodating and also had a cat tree of their own. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again :)
I really can't say enough good things about Olivia and Sheyla! They looked after my dog, Yoshi, who is quite anxious. Upon meeting the two of them, Yoshi warmed right up. He loved his stayed and was very well cared for, going for walks and getting lots of pets. Olivia and Sheyla were excellent communicators and overall such caring and kind people.
Ella is wonderful dog sitter! She’s very well prepared and made us feel at ease prior and during the meet & greet. We felt like Willow was in great hands with her. Communication was great throughout and we were welcomed by a very happy doggy at pick up. We’ll definitely book Ella next time.
My shy girl had a lovely time and seemed very comfortable in Faezeh's care! I was worried she would hide all day (like she usually does in a new space) but Faezeh sent pictures of her looking very comfy and calm out and about. I cannot recommend Faezeh enough! It was great experience for us, and Moochie is such a sweet and friendly boy.

Nick was great! Reggie seemed really happy and comfortable with him, and I felt totally at ease leaving him in his care. Nick sent updates and was great about checking in whenever he wasn’t sure about Reggie’s quirks (Frenchies are.. unique), which I really appreciated. He’s also conveniently located downtown near where we live, so drop-off and pick-up were super easy. Reggie had a great stay and I’d happily book with Nick again.
I can’t say enough about the genuine attention and dedication Tasha puts into her dog-sitting business. Our Boston Terrier, Jazz, immediately took to her and the furry clan she was overseeing. Tasha’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about dogs, but she’s also a lovely person to deal with. Jazz will definitely be back for more dog escapades from home!!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
