“To say that Mélanie went above and beyond would be an understatement! Within her first few minutes with us we had a power outage and a massive storm. We ended up deciding to relocate to my partners house for the duration of her stay and she was so calm and helpful throughout the whole situation. My baby boy is on a special diet and I had forgot some of his premade meals during the chaos of switching houses but Melanie had no problem helping me out and cooking some of his meals for me. She truly took care of him as if it was her own dog and gave me plenty of updates along the way so I never had to worry. It was the first time I could be away without being worried and it really made a world of difference. About: I’m a college student currently on summer break with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, and pet care throughout the week. Erica sent so many update pictures, I never worried once in our 10 days away. Our house was spotless and beautifully kept. She handled some bumps along the way as well and kept in excellent touch. “Fergus was excited to see us when we got home but after the initial excitement of seeing mom and dad, he proceeded to scour the house looking for his new best friend. Amelia was punctual, gave us regular updates with lots of photos (hard to do with a fast moving 7 month old golden retriever) and did not judge my detailed, albeit anxious dog mom, 5 page letter about his routine. Our home was left pristine. She even stripped the guest bed which was such a lovely surprise after driving home from a long day at a tournament. We also greatly appreciated the small details like leaving the porch light on for us coming back in the dark with bags of gear and setting up his pet camera for us so I could see him. This was my first time leaving him for longer than a trip to the store and I did not feel nervous leaving Fergus in Amelia’s care. We also really appreciated that Sabrina provided daily updates at our request, either by video call or by sending pictures/video of our cat, who always looked cuddly and happy. Jude was beyond amazing. We have never left our dogs before and they can be a little overwhelming at first! 3 Great Pyrenees ranging from 7mos-3 years. He handled their chaos and excitement beautifully upon meeting them at the meet and greet, and put us at ease right away. Of course the dogs calm down after a few minutes of crazy, but at no point did he make us feel like he wouldn't be able to handle it. And true to form, they took to him right away. We have never spent a night away from them and he sent us lots of pictures and videos to get us through. The dogs were happy and healthy when we got home. We requested constant care, with minimal time away (not exceeding 6hrs at a time) as it was their first time with an overnight sitter, and he exceeded our expectations by a mile! He was right on time for both the meet and greet and the day of the sit, and communicated when he was stepping out for a bit (not gone for long at all! Totally reasonable!) He tidied up after himself and even made sure the air conditioning was on for us when we got home (it was going to be a warm evening) so we and the dogs could stay cool the night we got home. He even brought a package in for me. Just overall took fantastic care of our home and our babies. GP's are known to bark a lot, and ours are no exception. Instead of getting frustrated with them when he had a phone meeting, he gave them a good treat to keep them quiet and busy...he is very in tune with how to handle large breed dogs famously known for their independence and goofiness. It was the perfect experience all around and we will be using his services as often as we can. You will not regret hiring him for a second! Keely is without a doubt the best catsitter I’ve ever had. My spicy granny cat who rarely even came out in front of previous sitters was happily sitting with her within a day. She kept us updated with plenty of photos and reports on what the cats were up to, which was a huge relief as we were initially very worried about leaving them alone for so long.
