“To say that Mélanie went above and beyond would be an understatement! Within her first few minutes with us we had a power outage and a massive storm. We ended up deciding to relocate to my partners house for the duration of her stay and she was so calm and helpful throughout the whole situation. My baby boy is on a special diet and I had forgot some of his premade meals during the chaos of switching houses but Melanie had no problem helping me out and cooking some of his meals for me. She took our dog for walks, drives, to see Christmas lights, to her animal sanctuary, all with advance permission of course.
