I left Heather quite a lot of details and instructions, and she was incredibly patient, understanding, and respectful of everything. She kept me updated throughout our trip with messages, pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. What made me happiest was watching our cats gradually become more and more comfortable with her. Even our shy ones started coming around, spending time with her, and eventually even sleeping in her room. It was very clear that she took the time to earn their trust rather than forcing interaction with them. ❤️ Heather went above and beyond in so many ways. She treated our cats and our home with so much care, and I truly felt that they were in safe and loving hands while we were away. By the end of the stay, I honestly think they were going to miss her too! 🥰 I would absolutely ask Heather to pet sit for us again without hesitation. Knowing that I now have someone I can trust this much with my babies will make traveling so much easier in the future. I can’t recommend her enough. About: We're in the process of opening a kennel on our 27 acre homestead, until then, we're here on Rover! Let us give your pets an enriching experience while you're away, and you peace of mind that they are in not one but two sets of good hands. Our dog Styx loves all pets, big and small, but we also have experience and infrastructure for some personal space if your pet takes a little longer to warm up or has special needs. We are currently building a kennel on our wooded retreat, and in the meantime, our home is open! We are home full-time and spend our days outside tending to the property, bringing your pets along, with lots of water and indoor breaks. We have a fenced yard and the house is able to be segmented off depending on the needs (puppy pen, cat area with dogs, cat area dog free, day crated, whatever your comfort is.
