About: Just wanted to inform everyone in the maple ridge area. That I will be moving up to quesnel for August 1. It has been a pleasure to work with each of you! Since I was a kid my family has had 3 dogs. First dog was a german Shepard, second a short haird german pointer and third was a Belgian Shepard cross with german Shepard. They all lived to a good age for big sized dogs to 14 -16 years old before there passing, long healthy lives. In the span of having those dogs we had 3 litters of puppies. First batch was 8 puppies l, second 6 puppies and the third was 7 puppies. I raised and trained these puppies before giving them to loving homes, some where friends and family members which I still visit the puppies today. I have trained to also taking care of friends and family's pets while going away on vacation from young to old, and small to large size dogs. I have also looked after older dogs with more care and needs example medication, select foods and specific order of how to deal with problems they may have. I am not just a dog lover our family had 4 cats before the one I have now. Each had 4 kittens and at one point in time we had 20 cats in one house. We trained and gave them away to loving homes. Yes cats can be trained just as any other animal. I am currently not working and would like to make this as a career. Whatever time you need I will be available around your schedule. I love taking care of animals and training them to be the best they can be. I have a fenced yard if your dog stays at my place and also have a cat right now in the home. Looking to get another dog.

“Tammy coming to care for my cat Dreamer helped me relax and not worry about him. Her vet tech experience and love of pets relieved my concerns with his kidney failure. Being in his own home helps him as boarding may stress him and affect his appetite.”

“Hailey was absolutely wonderful with our cat Tumbles. She spent quality time with her, and Tumbles really warmed up to her fast. She provided excellent pictures and care. At the last minute Tumbles required medicine twice a day, Hailey stepped up to the challenge and really put us at ease for our trip. 100% would recommend to any family and friends. Thanks Hailey!”

“Ashley was fantastic while checking in on our cats for the week! She made sure they were well cared for and even went the extra mile by cleaning up after them—including some surprise cat messes on the carpet. It was such a relief knowing they were in great hands, and we came home to happy, well-looked-after cats. Highly recommend Ashley for anyone needing a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

About: Hello! My name is Shadnay, and I’d love to experience this journey with you and your pup :) I have a clear understanding that every furry friend has their own uniqueness in temperament, triggers, and needs. My joy comes from learning them and providing the best care possible. I specialize in anxious & reactive dogs Including breeds and rescues who are still learning to navigate the world around them. My goal is to build their confidence in a safe and encouraging environment. All other temperaments are welcome, and loved just the same. Before finding Rover, I was successfully employed at various reputable Dog Daycare, and boarding facilities in Coquitlam and Port Moody where I started my training. From leading a pack of 80 dogs in an indoor and outdoor setting, to working with dogs who need individual attention. I’ve also worked with a private company based in Vancouver, demonstrating pack walks in off leash trails, and training under K-9 professionals during private walks with highly anxious/reactive dogs. A force free & positive reinforcement approach. A few weeks of customized care and attention will improve your dogs overall temperament and quality of life – feel free to reach out and discuss the specifics! I'm currently dedicated to taking care of dogs full-time, so they will get all my attention! My only other priorities during the week/weekend are my personal self-care appointments which allow me to show up fully for the pups, with my cup full! Each dog will have their own unique needs, and I spend a lot of time speaking with the parents to make sure those needs are met while they are away.

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life! From puppies to seniors and everything in between. Im very active and love to go hiking but am also ok taking it slow! I currently work part time but have availability Wednesdays and most weekends. I live very close to many great spots for dogs and have a car to transport. We are getting a puppy in the new year the inside has been completely dog proofed and we have a nice fenced backyard with lots of room to run!

About: Fifteen years with BC Guide Dogs has given me much experience with dogs of all ages, as well as breeding and birthing of dogs. It is my number one passion. Love all dogs. I am retired now and would love to give my attention to walking, boarding and play-time, or just drop in time at your house. Daily adventures to the dog parks are my favourite but if yours is not that friendly we will stick to on leash walks. I have my companion, a 13-1/2 old black lab who could accompany us. I offer play time, compassion, treats upon approval, walks, dog park visits, and nap time. My lab of 13+ yrs loves all dogs but not very playful anymore; however she tolerates them playing with her.

“Stephanie was able to help us out on very short notice to come check on our dog while we were gone for the day. She let us know each time she visited and sent pictures each time. I could tell our boy was happy! We came home to a very content pup. I will be using her services again. Highly recommend”

About: I’m not just your average dog walker—I’m a seasoned pro with years of hands-on experience in grooming, showing, and even running my own boarding kennel. From primping poodles to calming nervous newbies, I’ve seen (and cleaned up) it all. With a trained eye for behavior and a heart full of love for every furry friend, I offer more than just a stroll—I provide a safe, fun, and personalized adventure for your pup every time we hit the trails I prefer time with dogs more than time with people.. 🤷🏼♀️ I work from home and have structured my days to get in as many walks and visits with the dogs as possible Each dog is different so i prefer to meet first to ensure your furry family member knows me as part pf their routine. While you're busy conquering meetings and deadlines, I’m sneaking in to whisk your pup away for their daily dose of fresh air and fun! With a jingling leash and a pocket full of treats, I quietly slip in like a dog-loving ninja—greeted by tail wags and happy hops. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a stroll around the block, or a chance to sniff every tree in the neighborhood, your dog gets a break from the day—and you get peace of mind knowing they’re in trusted, caring hands (and paws). 🐶💼🐾
