About: Have had dogs since 1969 and had from malamutes to chihuahua terrier. I now adopt needy dogs as is my Schnauzer Benny who I adopted 6 months ago after my Eva ( chihuahua terrier mix died of paralysis). I have always loved dogs in our home and I rescue now the needy and handicapped dogs.. Benny a schnauzer is about 10 and is blind with glaucoma and was so mistreated and has been a challenge as well as one of the sweetest dogs I ve ever had. I raised my family of 3 boys in Boulder, Colorado and love mountain hiking and nature. I live in a beautiful neighborhood where I have access to trails 2 blocks from my home. Benny Isnd sll dogs I have benefit from a fully fenced yard and long walks through the BLM land that surrounds my homes. I am a healthy and active retired senior who loves hiking and outdoors. I have a trail two blocks from my home and can walk long distances and exercise your pet. Here in Blaine I spend my summer months since walking and dogs in the desert of Utah is too hot for furry pooches. Beautiful trails from my 1st floor condo… parks and ocean… walking dogs is spectacular in this Semiahmoo neighborhood. Very safe and gated community.

About: I've grew up with high energy hunting dogs and I helped my dad train and take care of them. I love going on walks and they're better with a dog! I have a fairly consistent work schedule which would allow to me visit pets and go on walks regularly, with a little bit of planning! I am very responsible and respectful of other people's homes and property. As long as my health and safety aren't jeopardized, I will do anything for animals!

I have experience doing at home visits with senior dogs and cats, administering medications, and caring for special needs animals. About: I was raised with my grandparents training police dogs. I have since always had dogs and cats in my home. We have a sweet golden retriever 3 year old boy. I am semi retired and do consulting work from home. I am usually always home and when away never for long. Big fenced backyard and I leave the sliding glass open so if they want to play outside they can. I have a fenced backyard and we have a sweet golden retriever to play with you pet. We keep extra toys and snacks for our visitors.
