About: I volunteer at the spca every Saturday, I have worked in vets, dog groomers and doggy day cares. I am very animal oriented and I have the patience and love to work with them. Will to work out different rates. I put one thing in and it updates it to a different price, sorry! I am currently working part time, school is full days on mon Tues, and half a day Wednesday, I am going for my lpn, I have worked in vets, doggy day cares, groomers, all over really with dogs/animals. If you have other animals such as horses, donkeys, chickens, pigs, cats etc I have worked with them all goats too! Birds 🐦 lol. Feeding reptiles such as snakes, however I won't do arachnids, no fear just not knowledgeable enough to be trusted to care for one. I can do barn work too such as cleaning stalls, cleaning out water bins, ground work with horses, riding horses, if you would like your dog bathed and nail trimmed this can be arranged as well,I have a dog washing station at my home in parksville, I also have experience in expressing anal glands as well, there is no charge for that on rover, however that is something we can arrange to do as I do with some clients, and will be an additional charge. My dog is a spca rescue from Montreal she has so many health issues and she can move only so far. We make her as comfortable as possible right now, I am very good with reading dog language, and am very patient 😊 I treat all fur babies as my own.

About: Growing up on a farm in Saskatchewan we always had dogs and cats to care for so I am very comfortable around animals. 9 years ago I got a dog of my own and I have learned a lot about training, dog behaviours, and how to keep my dog happy and healthy. I regularly look after friends dogs & cats and have loved every minute of it! They trust me to feed, walk, play with their pets and I will wash & brush their dogs if needed. I regularly go on walks or gentle hikes with my dog & am familiar many of the local dog parks. I work short hours out of the house. They are: Monday and Thursday 2-7pm & Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am-2pm. And am around fully on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I'm open to come to your home or have your dog in my suite. I have a yard but also I will happily drive to parks, beaches, or trails.

I am a part time Landscaping maintenance contractor. I have spent almost my entire employment history working outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule with intent to provide & accommodate canine/clients needs. Canine welfare & enrichment focused to give dogs & the clients the best care possible. I spend average 3-4hrs. of mixed interactive engagement with my own rescues. Combo days include attention time to each individual animal as well as mix of walking, training/games, & toy play. Have fully fenced backyard & have multiple leashes/harness/baskets/gentle leaders.
