About: I have had a dog or taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. Family, neighbours and friends have all relied on me to help take care of their pets for many years. I am a huge animal lover and a health care worker and will always provide the best and safest care for your pup. Recently I have fostered some dogs through a local rescue and helped them find their new home. I have learned alot about behaviours and training with these pups. We love to play in the yard or go for walks, and have lots of snuggles on the couch :) I currently work part time so have lots of time available to spend with your dog! My flexible schedule allows me to board your pet overnight any day of the week, or drop in for visits/walks. I have a fenced back yard and two small dogs to keep your fur baby company! Your dog is welcome to treat our home as their own and I will give them lots of love and be devoted to their happiness and well being while you are away.

About: I worked at my local humane society back when I lived in Ontario where I was responsible for daily enclosure cleaning/maintenance as well as keeping an eye out for any unusual or concerning conditions. I handled the animals and made sure to give them some love while I could. It wasn’t my job to do that much, but I just love animals so much and that job brought me a lot of joy. Aside from that job, I’ve handled pets most of my life. I’ve had cats, dogs, and more personally for 13 years I had a conure, and for about 7 I had a rabbit. Because of this, I’m very experienced with birds and rabbits especially! I am great with cats too, but my household does have one. She’s an old lady that sleeps mostly and if needed can easily be kept away from any other animals. At home I currently live with a cat who belongs to my sister, but I am her auntie and spend tons of time with her and look after her in ways such as helping with her inhaler, helping clip her nails, brushing, and so on. If my sister is away for any reason, she is fully under my care. I have a spare room that is pretty well empty with just a guest bed next to my room in my house, and because I live with a cat with Asthma, I try to keep all spaces (especially that room) scent free. I also have no problem staying at a client’s place for a few nights if we’ve established some comfortability and familiarity. I don’t have supplies or enclosures on my own, so all that would have to be provided by the owner.

About: When I worked at my local humane society years ago, I was responsible for small animals and cats! I cleaned every enclosure everyday and made sure all their needs were met, as well as kept an eye out for any potential health concerns and continued to follow careful instructions on ones in the back rooms that were sickly/special needs/etc. I have many years experience with my sister’s cat who I live with, along with many other cats of friends throughout the years. I am pretty knowledgeable about cat “language”, and share the same general temperament that cats have. Depends of the preference of the other dog. I follow the instructions that the owners leave as each dog has its own routine and it’s important to keep them on that schedule. I live in a basement suite with direct access to a fenced backyard, in a quiet walkable neighborhood! There are children that share the backyard space but your pet will never be left unsupervised with them. Over my life I’ve had 3 dogs. A golden retriever, a medium shepherd mix, and an American bulldog. I work full time from home. Monday to Friday 830-5pm every week. I’m up for the day at 8am and spend most of my evenings playing video games. Plenty of time to incorporate walks, cuddles, and playtime with your fur baby! Your dog will be my coworker for the day!
