About: I have had a dog or taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. Family, neighbours and friends have all relied on me to help take care of their pets for many years. I am a huge animal lover and a health care worker and will always provide the best and safest care for your pup. Recently I have fostered some dogs through a local rescue and helped them find their new home. I have learned alot about behaviours and training with these pups. We love to play in the yard or go for walks, and have lots of snuggles on the couch :) I currently work part time so have lots of time available to spend with your dog! My flexible schedule allows me to board your pet overnight any day of the week, or drop in for visits/walks. I have a fenced back yard and two small dogs to keep your fur baby company! Your dog is welcome to treat our home as their own and I will give them lots of love and be devoted to their happiness and well being while you are away.

Unfortunately, Earl was unable to relax while he was there. That, as well as the distance from our home, means that we won't be using Diana's services again. It just wasn't a good fit for us, but I have no concerns about Diana's capability.”
About: I’ve had animals my entire life — from cats and dogs to a variety of farm animals — and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I truly believe dogs are part of the family and deserve to be treated with the same love, respect, and attention as any family member. I’m very active and make sure the dogs in my care get plenty of exercise and enrichment. We go on walks at least twice a day, with longer off-leash adventures on the weekends (when appropriate and safe). Because I work from home, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, outdoor time, and lots of attention throughout the day. I’m also happy to drop in for potty breaks if you’re within a reasonable driving distance. Growing up on a farm gave me hands-on experience with all kinds of animals, including keeping chickens on and off over the years. I’m comfortable, confident, and attentive with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I share my home with two very friendly, well-socialized dogs. One is a large senior Lab who spends most of his day happily snoozing, and the other is a young Dachshund who would love a playmate but is just as content relaxing if that’s more your dog’s style. Both dogs are neutered, healthy and kept up to date on vaccinations. Because of this, I do require that visiting dogs are comfortable around other dogs. I have fostered puppies over the years and am comfortable with puppy care as well as administering medication for any health issues. Your pup will be welcomed into our home like one of our own — with love, structure, exercise, and plenty of cozy downtime. 🐾 My days are structured but flexible since I work from home. I’m able to let dogs out in our secure fenced yard for potty breaks as needed throughout the day and always make time for at least one dedicated walk during the workday. After work, we head out for a longer walk to burn off energy and enjoy some fresh air. Between walks, there’s plenty of supervision, companionship, and relaxation time so your pup feels comfortable, cared for, and part of the family all day long. 🐾 Your dog will be welcomed into a calm, loving home with lots of attention and supervision throughout the day. I do have two friendly, well-socialized dogs at home — a laid-back senior Lab and a young Dachshund — so visiting pups must be comfortable around other dogs. We tailor walks to each dog’s comfort level and training, offering on-leash or off-leash outings when appropriate and safe. At night, my dogs typically sleep with me, and there’s plenty of room for extra snuggles if your pup enjoys that too. If you prefer your dog to be crated or follow a specific nighttime routine, I’m happy to stick to your instructions to keep their routine consistent. 🐾

Your furry friend/friends will receive lots of attention, snuggles and playtime. I have had dogs for most of my life and have experience with puppies, seniors, high watt energy and shy souls. I'm patient and take my time to establish trust and comfort with your animal(s). Think of me as your pet's stand in human while you're away. I currently have an on call position at my job, so I have a very open schedule allowing for stayovers, walks and drop ins. My schedule is listed open all week, I just need a little bit of notice in advance. When I am with your dog/dogs, cat etc I will feed and water them, and if required give basic medications. This will be adhered to in a timely manner as discussed for your pet's needs. If you have a yard and would prefer to have them be exercised there we can play ball, or if preferred your furries can be walked. When inside, that's you and your dog's space and will be treated with utmost respect.
About: I have owned pets for most of my life and I’m 42 (time flies!) but I also spent time Working for PetsMart both on the floor and in the groom shop as well as working in-store at many shops working for Nutrience as a rep to increase pet food sales. I loved the time spent with pets each day and since have become an aunt and friend to many dogs (and cats!) over the years. I’m currently working part-time so the days I’m available, I’m available all day to be able to spend quality time with your pets! I will treat those days as a typical work day and unless it’s an emergency will schedule appointments around you rather than the other way around In your home I am able to feed, water or administer simple medications if necessary and with proper instruction (however I don’t have a background as a tech and want to be clear on that :). I am happy to let your pets out for an outdoor break or a walk around the block if needed if it’s a stop-in and for dog walking services depending on the time we have I’m happy to take them to wilderness trails but if we have a short time I can also stay close to home, whatever suits your (and their) comfort level and ability.
