About: I have had a dog or taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. Family, neighbours and friends have all relied on me to help take care of their pets for many years. I am a huge animal lover and a health care worker and will always provide the best and safest care for your pup. Recently I have fostered some dogs through a local rescue and helped them find their new home. I have learned alot about behaviours and training with these pups. We love to play in the yard or go for walks, and have lots of snuggles on the couch :) I currently work part time so have lots of time available to spend with your dog! My flexible schedule allows me to board your pet overnight any day of the week, or drop in for visits/walks. I have a fenced back yard and two small dogs to keep your fur baby company! Your dog is welcome to treat our home as their own and I will give them lots of love and be devoted to their happiness and well being while you are away.

About: Hello! Are you going away and worried about your dog missing their walks, treats and belly rubs? I've got you covered! I offer calm, reliable, and loving dog care-whether that means daily walks or cozy house sitting and keeping your fur baby company. My focus is keeping your pets safe, happy and on their routines whilst treating them like family. I am happy to feed, provide fresh water and meds if required. Your furry friend/friends will receive lots of attention, snuggles and playtime. I have had dogs for most of my life and have experience with puppies, seniors, high watt energy and shy souls. I'm patient and take my time to establish trust and comfort with your animal(s). Think of me as your pet's stand in human while you're away. I'm always happy to keep their tails wagging, paws moving and your mind at ease. I currently have an on call position at my job, so I have a very open schedule allowing for stayovers, walks and drop ins. My schedule is listed open all week, I just need a little bit of notice in advance. When I am with your dog/dogs, cat etc I will feed and water them, and if required give basic medications. This will be adhered to in a timely manner as discussed for your pet's needs. If you have a yard and would prefer to have them be exercised there we can play ball, or if preferred your furries can be walked. When inside, that's you and your dog's space and will be treated with utmost respect.

About: I have owned pets for most of my life and I’m 42 (time flies!) but I also spent time Working for PetsMart both on the floor and in the groom shop as well as working in-store at many shops working for Nutrience as a rep to increase pet food sales. I loved the time spent with pets each day and since have become an aunt and friend to many dogs (and cats!) over the years. I’m currently working part-time so the days I’m available, I’m available all day to be able to spend quality time with your pets! I will treat those days as a typical work day and unless it’s an emergency will schedule appointments around you rather than the other way around In your home I am able to feed, water or administer simple medications if necessary and with proper instruction (however I don’t have a background as a tech and want to be clear on that :). I am happy to let your pets out for an outdoor break or a walk around the block if needed if it’s a stop-in and for dog walking services depending on the time we have I’m happy to take them to wilderness trails but if we have a short time I can also stay close to home, whatever suits your (and their) comfort level and ability. I don’t do pack walks and any time spent with your dog or cat will be one on one time

Nature and the outdoors are also my hobbies, so your dogs will get lots of fresh air and walks. I am self-employed and work part-time, often at home in Cowichan and a few times monthly in Victoria, thus my hours are flexible. Preference to sits in Duncan area and Victoria. Please note: I do Drop-ins ONLY in North Cowichan and Duncan proper. For safety purposes, homes would need to have cell service. Drop - in visits of one hour only Pet-sitting would be in your home, as I am not allowed pets where I live unfortunately. I am respectful of your home, and follow your wishes regarding care. Pets are cared for as if they were my own. Instructions are followed respectfully, and your fur babies will be in loving hands!

About: I have been a pet parent since I was a wee lass, owned mostly dogs and cats but I've also had rabbits, birds, fish and lizards. I have experience with all ages of animals and I used to foster and help train groups of puppies for a rescue agency. I work from home with a flexible schedule so I can be available daytime and evenings as needed. I am also available for overnight stays. About: Located in Nanaimo, BC in the University District. I’ve grown up always having family dogs and I now have two cats of my own. I used to have a few regular clients that I house sat for a few years ago in Kamloops but i took a few years break from the app. Now that I’ve recently relocated to Nanaimo I’m looking to get back into it again where it’s house sitting, walks or check ins. I have a pretty flexible schedule so as long as i don’t have any conflicting clients I’m available quite often as long as there is a couple hours notice. I have my own vehicle so I’m able to come to your neighbourhood or take your pet to a nearby park for a more enriching environment.

About: I have had dogs my whole life and taken care of many dogs for friends and family while they are away. I raised my first dog (In my adult life) from a puppy, right through to his end of life. I also have cared for our current dog who we adopted, so I have had exposure with dogs that are experiencing re homing and adoption senarios. I love walking dogs and believe strongly that an active dog is a happy dog! I am currently looking to change careers to dog walking and sitting and am very flexible with schedule. I am available for walks from 7am-3:30pm weekdays and can be open to weekend walks as well. For in home sitting I am available weekdays and weekends after 6pm for over night stays. I am very flexible for check ins and supplementary visits/ walks during overnight stays. All walks and visits can be curated to most schedule needs with enough notice and communication. I take all the measures to care for your pets in the same loving secure way that I can for my own pets. I require all dogs to be leash walked until a safe trust has been created between all parties involved. Obviously all safety concerns of the client as to the care of their pet will be followed to the best of my ability and instruction.
