About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses and have cared for animals my entire life. I’m comfortable with puppies, large breeds, and senior pets, and I offer calm, attentive care. Since I work from home full-time, pets get consistent supervision, routine, and plenty of affection. I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. About: I have taken care of our own family dogs, friends and clients dogs. I love all dogs! As I am an Energy Healer, animals seem to relax in my presence. Nature and the outdoors are also my hobbies, so your dogs will get lots of fresh air and walks. I am self-employed and work part-time, often at home in Cowichan and a few times monthly in Victoria, thus my hours are flexible. Preference to sits in Duncan area and Victoria. Please note: I do Drop-ins ONLY in North Cowichan and Duncan proper. For safety purposes, homes would need to have cell service. Drop - in visits of one hour only Pet-sitting would be in your home, as I am not allowed pets where I live unfortunately. I am respectful of your home, and follow your wishes regarding care. Pets are cared for as if they were my own. Instructions are followed respectfully, and your fur babies will be in loving hands!

When working in the office I commute to Nanaimo, which means I can provide home care to pets from Shawnigan Lake to Nanaimo. I focus on creating a safe, calm environment for pets, both in my home and in clients’ homes. I stick to routines, follow instructions carefully, and pay close attention to safety on walks and at home. I’m respectful of clients’ spaces and keep things clean and secure. You’ll receive regular updates so you can feel confident your pet is well cared for.

About: Hello, My name is Tara! I am a customer service representative and dancer on the side, and I'm also a huge animal lover! I’ve always grown up surrounded by so many pets which makes me so compassionate towards every fur baby; I have a sense for dogs especially. I had a 13 year old Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier for almost 10 years who has passed on December of 2021. He was my life. Now I vicariously live through the fur babies I get to spend time with and spoil my favourite little frenchie niece! My favourite thing to do is go out and find new and exciting spots to hike on beautiful Vancouver Island. I've pet sat for a lot of family and friends when they’ve gone out of town. I couldn’t imagine my life not being surrounded by furry friends and I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family!
