About: I grew up on a farm and have been around animals my entire life. We had hounds and a Bull Mastiff growing up, and I was hands-on with daily care and routines. I was mainly responsible for caring for our goats — including baby goats and milking — and I also helped out on neighbouring farms. I got my first dog at 21, and she was by my side for 13 wonderful years, so I understand the lifelong commitment, love, and responsibility that comes with caring for a dog. Over the years, I’ve regularly taken friends’ dogs on hikes, especially when living in the Interior — everything from extra-large breeds to tiny minis. I’m confident handling different sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I always prioritize safety, patience, and positive experiences. We’re a pet-loving household, and I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. I’m home during the work week, which means your pet will have plenty of attention, supervision, and care throughout the day.
