About: I am a flexible pet sitter who will prioritize your pets needs whether it's a snuggle, an adventure, medications, or continued training. I have experience with pets of all sizes and with reactive dogs (even larger sized ones). I have always loved all animals and had a beloved family dog growing up. I have since become a go to sitter for many of my friends and a pet aunt for most of them. I will treat your pet with the same care and attention I would provide to my own animal while simultaneously respecting the rules and routines you have set out for your pet. If your request for care falls outside of my normal calendar/service offerings, please still contact me as I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule depending on client needs. I have the ability to work remotely 3days/week and can normally adjust my work schedule to ensure your comfort with how much time I'm spending with your pet in your absence. Pet care is customized to the pet, their owner, and the needs. I am willing to stay at your home if you require additional house sitting, but reside in a very pet friendly building if you would like your pet to meet some new neighbourhood friends. I like to meet prior to your departure to walk through the space, meet your pet, and cover any details that I may require (normal schedules, special needs, emergency contacts, vet details, etc).

I currently work from home Monday to Friday, which allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. I can provide regular potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and companionship during working hours. I’m also fully available on weekends and can be flexible to meet your dog’s routine and needs. I make sure dogs are never left alone for long periods and always receive plenty of attention, care, and supervision throughout their stay with us.

About: I have had a dog or taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. Family, neighbours and friends have all relied on me to help take care of their pets for many years. I am a huge animal lover and a health care worker and will always provide the best and safest care for your pup. Recently I have fostered some dogs through a local rescue and helped them find their new home. I have learned alot about behaviours and training with these pups. We love to play in the yard or go for walks, and have lots of snuggles on the couch :) I currently work part time so have lots of time available to spend with your dog! My flexible schedule allows me to board your pet overnight any day of the week, or drop in for visits/walks. I have a fenced back yard and two small dogs to keep your fur baby company! Your dog is welcome to treat our home as their own and I will give them lots of love and be devoted to their happiness and well being while you are away.

About: Dog mom of Max since he was 8 weeks old. My parents used to breed miniature schnauzers, so it was really neat to be part of the process of birthing and puppy care ☺️ After an extended break from dog-sitting, I finally am settled in my own home. My partner and I recently moved to Nanaimo and are excited to explore! My partner and I work from home full-time, so our schedule is flexible for daily potty breaks, walks, outside playtime and snuggles. We also like visiting off-leash dog parks and the beach. Max is a very well loved pup! He is a member of the family, is allowed on the couch for a snuggle and sleeps at the foot of the bed. I love taking Max to off-leash dog parks and trails, so if that's appropriate for your dog, that's great too! I am happy to share lots of video and photos while your pup is in my care. I have an open-communication policy so if there is anything that concerns you, please ask!

This lets me focus on each dog and make sure they feel relaxed and cared for. About: I’ve had over 6 dogs in my life and had the great experience of adopting senior dogs to care for. Working with timid and shy dogs has been a specialty of mine. I work from home with a flexible schedule , making it easy to care for your dog during their stay. With access to the yard , your dog can comfortably go in or out. I have a large fenced yard where your pup will enjoy their stay with our husky. Lots of warm and cozy shelter is provided with oversized dog houses and entry into the main house.

About: I’m a past pet owner. I've recently looked after my sisters two small dogs for long weekends or a week at a time in BC while they were away. I’ve even looked after a relatives house, 2 Great Danes, 1 med sized dog and a few cats for a couple weeks when I was a kid with my elderly grandmother. Big responsibility! I’ve also looked after a neighbours cat for a couple weeks twice a day for feeds, daily cat litter cleaning, and music turned on and off with cuddle time. I’m bondable! I’ve volunteered and work for police forces over the years so no record etc. I believe animals have souls and need love and to be cared for. I’m willing to go to your home and water, feed and take your fur baby out for bathroom breaks and a cuddle. This will take a load off your mind as well as physically for your fur babies. I may not have years of getting paid and labelled as “professional” but I’m experienced when loving animals and using common sense to look after them and your home. Any questions, just ask. Cheers. I am a mortgage broker and can work from home. This gives me the flexibility to be with your pets mostly around the clock. Taking pets for walks and out door breaks when required. I will obliviously, learn and note what is needed as per the owner of the pet. I will make sure the pet feels loved and not alone while the owner is away. I will look after the residents as well. Pets are fed and watered in a timely manner and working with the owners schedule as required.
