Ariel also let me know that he was concerned that she wasn't eating much, but I said not to worry (it was hot those days and she isn't the biggest eater anyways). About: I have been actively petsitting for 2 years and looking after pets is my true passion! I have experience caring for pets in their own homes, where they can stay comfortable and relaxed in their familiar surroundings while you’re away. I’m newly accepting clients on a limited basis for petsitting in my own home, I can accept 1 dog at a time and they must be friendly with other dog, and cats. I have 1 dog and 2 cats. I have a fenced yard & lots of areas for walks. For overnights in your home, I am choosing to only do a few per month now, so spots will be a limited and based on what is the most compatible, so please give information about your pet, expectations & any medications when requesting a booking. 😊 My overnight stays are evening-to-morning, meaning I typically arrive around 5–6 PM and stay overnight until the morning. Some days I may arrive a bit after 2 pm, depending on my schedule! During the daytime, I am generally away for approximately 6–8 hours, working at my job, so this service is best suited for pets who are comfortable being home alone during the day/used to working pawrents!🐾 Once I am there in the evening, I’m happy to give them their dinner, potty breaks, yard playtime, companionship, and whatever care is needed as part of their normal routine. Dog walking is not something I offer at this time, so having a yard for your dog is a requirement for overnight care. I am always around in the evenings & overnight when I’m doing in your home petsitting. Please take note that I am unable to accommodate pets that require someone at their home 24/7. I’m currently working from home so am available to care for and walk your pet and can either care for them in your home or in my home. I have two friendly dogs who are used to sharing. About: I grew up with dogs and cats as a child. As soon as I moved out to Canada, I got my own dog. My kids grew up with all kinds of animals in the house, the animals helped make my house a home. I’ve looked after friends and family pets most of my life and occasionally got paid for it. I took semi retirement early to enjoy life more and work less. I don’t consider caring for a pet a job. I work less the 30 hrs a week so lots of time to care for your pets in your home Lots of exercise, stick to the routine already set up by the owner. Lots of patience as the animal gets to know me and plenty of cuddles along the way. I have experience with seizures and epilepsy

“Shay, Matt and Chacho were so accommodating to Nala at their home. Nala went away with Shay happily excited to play with Chacho. Although she didn’t play so much with Chacho, we learnt that she got super comfy with all of them with a lot of cuddle time. Shay and Matt took Nala and Chacho on 2 great hikes in 2 days. She came home a tired pup which is a sign of all the fun and exercise she got with them. Shay was very responsive and kept us updated with photos throughout. We would trust them to take care of Nala anytime.”
