About: Dog mom of Max since he was 8 weeks old. My parents used to breed miniature schnauzers, so it was really neat to be part of the process of birthing and puppy care ☺️ After an extended break from dog-sitting, I finally am settled in my own home. My partner and I recently moved to Nanaimo and are excited to explore! My partner and I work from home full-time, so our schedule is flexible for daily potty breaks, walks, outside playtime and snuggles. We also like visiting off-leash dog parks and the beach. Max is a very well loved pup! He is a member of the family, is allowed on the couch for a snuggle and sleeps at the foot of the bed. I love taking Max to off-leash dog parks and trails, so if that's appropriate for your dog, that's great too! I am happy to share lots of video and photos while your pup is in my care. I have an open-communication policy so if there is anything that concerns you, please ask!

I currently work from home Monday to Friday, which allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. About: I have been actively petsitting for 2 years and looking after pets is my true passion! I have experience caring for pets in their own homes, where they can stay comfortable and relaxed in their familiar surroundings while you’re away. I’m newly accepting clients on a limited basis for petsitting in my own home, I can accept 1 dog at a time and they must be friendly with other dog, and cats. I have 1 dog and 2 cats. I have a fenced yard & lots of areas for walks. For overnights in your home, I am choosing to only do a few per month now, so spots will be a limited and based on what is the most compatible, so please give information about your pet, expectations & any medications when requesting a booking. 😊 My overnight stays are evening-to-morning, meaning I typically arrive around 5–6 PM and stay overnight until the morning. Some days I may arrive a bit after 2 pm, depending on my schedule! During the daytime, I am generally away for approximately 6–8 hours, working at my job, so this service is best suited for pets who are comfortable being home alone during the day/used to working pawrents!🐾 Once I am there in the evening, I’m happy to give them their dinner, potty breaks, yard playtime, companionship, and whatever care is needed as part of their normal routine. Dog walking is not something I offer at this time, so having a yard for your dog is a requirement for overnight care. About: I’m a past pet owner. I've recently looked after my sisters two small dogs for long weekends or a week at a time in BC while they were away. I’ve even looked after a relatives house, 2 Great Danes, 1 med sized dog and a few cats for a couple weeks when I was a kid with my elderly grandmother. Big responsibility! I’ve also looked after a neighbours cat for a couple weeks twice a day for feeds, daily cat litter cleaning, and music turned on and off with cuddle time. I’m bondable! I’ve volunteered and work for police forces over the years so no record etc. I believe animals have souls and need love and to be cared for. I’m willing to go to your home and water, feed and take your fur baby out for bathroom breaks and a cuddle. This will take a load off your mind as well as physically for your fur babies. I may not have years of getting paid and labelled as “professional” but I’m experienced when loving animals and using common sense to look after them and your home. Any questions, just ask. Cheers. I am a mortgage broker and can work from home. This gives me the flexibility to be with your pets mostly around the clock. Taking pets for walks and out door breaks when required. I will obliviously, learn and note what is needed as per the owner of the pet. I will make sure the pet feels loved and not alone while the owner is away. I will look after the residents as well. Pets are fed and watered in a timely manner and working with the owners schedule as required.

About: I've grown up with animals my entire life, from horses to hamsters and I could never live in a house without something furry and cuddly to love. When I was in high school I opted to find my own placement for work experience rather than the schools list as I really wanted to work in a reptile house. It was fantastic and I made great friends with a King snake who I named Karl. I work mainly nights on a pub so have my days free to walk as many pooches as I can. I have my own four legged friend who is in desperate need of another furry buddy so if yours is as playful as she is they will have the best time. We are also available for boarding for one, child friendly pooch at a time as we have a very confident toddler who loves doggy cuddles! I work from home so the pups will have constant access to the back yard. I tend to do a quick walk around the block in the morning to start the day and a really good walk in the afternoon, usually down to the dam or up to Mount Benson. I care for your pets as if they were my own. Both my partner and myself grew up surrounded by animals and consider ourselves a family of 5. The dogs take just as much of a priority as we do. When we go walking, it’s as a 5; camping, as a 5. You get the picture.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. We had Golden Retrievers and a Shepard growing up and now I have my own fur baby who is a Chocolate Lab named Arthur. I’ve worked in the pet industry for many years from retail, assisting in a Vet clinic and a Sales Rep for a pet product company. I have a lot of free weekends and what better way to spend that extra time than to spend it with dogs! Please keep in mind I do have a dog that would also be in the home so your dog must be okay with other dogs. I believe in a healthy balance of exercise and down time. I will typically do 1-2 walks a day, play in the back yard and down time with lots of cuddles. I would also like to mention, that If you have a shy or senior dog that likes a calm environment then this is your place!
