Karuna is respectful and responsive, sending us updates throughout the day that had pictures and videos! She took Rhea for multiple walks as it was pretty hot outside that day. She understands dog needs and is very attentive to their limits. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a dog sitter!”

About: Avid pet lover of cats and dogs! Have grown up with cats all my life, and a dog for half my life. Often asked to cat sit or dog sit by friends and family for the past 15 years. Experience includes: Small dogs, large dogs, and anything in between. As well as any type of feline. Experience with a diabetic cat needing insulin, timid cats, and not timid too. Happy to go for long walks or short visits. I work full time Monday to Thursday, but free Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. Im also available week nights for walks, or weekday early morning check ins. She is friendly, courteous, and I had no doubt she would take good care of Josie, Jenny and Thandi...and of course our home. To look after 3 dogs, one still a pup, is a tall order, but Kylee was a real trooper and did an amazing job! She communicated well and kept up us up to speed with how they were doing during our trip. About: Hi! I’m Meranda and as you’ve already guessed, I love dogs. While I want to adopt my own furry friend someday, for now I’d LOVE to take care of yours when you need it! Special needs pets are always welcome here! I have plenty of patience for anxious pups who need time to decompress after drop off to build trust, room in might house for crates/carrier kennels/etc for crate-trained dogs who feel safest in their own space, as well as elderly, blind, and deaf dogs. I grew up with my family’s dogs who both lived 16+ years, and were deaf and blind, and needed medication. I work weekdays from 8:30-5:00 but i have the flexibility to work from home most of the time, as well as a pet friendly office for when I absolutely have to go in! Trust me, my coworkers will be thrilled to have a cute dog there for the day! Currently, I can welcome 1 dog or 1 cat in my home at any time (strata limits us to 1 pet per household at any time, sorry!). I don’t have a private yard, but I have a fenced dog run shared by my neighbors and I, and plenty of green space around. Plus, if your pet is good with car rides, we can take a field trip to nearby parks for a change of scenery! My best friend and roommate Jen will also be around, she is always happy to have a cuddly new friend to watch tv with or keep her company while she writes! With both of us being chill homebodies, someone will always be there to be sure your BFF (best furry friend) is loved and taken care of 24/7 💕 Currently I work full time but with the flexibility to work from home. Generally I’m more of a homebody, we like to relax and have quiet weekends! I always appreciate a meet and greet before any sitting is booked. It not only helps build trust and relationship between myself and your pet, but also with pet parents. I make exceptions with stays that happen at my home, however please note I will not book overnight stays at a clients home without having met or prior or as a previous client

About: I have had pets my entire life: a German Shepard Husky growing up, and now I have a cat that I adopted from the SPCA (my second). I love pets and they love me. I also know the difficulty that comes with having to travel and leaving your pet and often your house in the care of another person. I am respectful, responsible, kind and considerate when it comes to animals and other peoples' homes. I currently am available any day for pet sitting, and am willing to stay overnight to also take care of your house and treat your pet and house with the same care that I take with my cat and my house. Unfortunately I do not have a fenced yard so cannot have pets in my house. I am happy to care for your pet in your home whether it means dropping by to feed and clean up and spend some quality time with them, or staying over night if needed if you are going on a longer trip.

I take my own dog for two walks a day, and there’s a fenced off-leash dog park nearby that I love to visit — your pet is welcome to join if that’s something you’re comfortable with.
