About: I’ve taken care of Animals my entire life. We’ve had dogs and cats, goats and chickens. Rabbits and hamsters. We have a very flexible schedule. We are very nurturing and just love animals I have a Very flexible schedule. So fitting in pet care into my daily and weekly routine, can be made a top priority. I can work around your schedule. I have a fenced yard in our home. So lots of outside time. Daily walks or multiple times a day. I can trim nails if needed. Or bathing and grooming. I can administer medication if needed. Please just let me know what your needs are, and I can accommodate.

About: Had dogs all my life and trained and rehabilitated my 15 year old border collie. Recently said good bye to both family dogs. Experience with puppies, senior dogs, unique dog medical needs, and nervous dispositions. I work full time from home, can offer daily dog walks, very active family life on the weekend. Dogs can come along for any and all the adventures where appropriate. Biking, hiking, beach plays, trail runs. Back yard not fenced, very friendly German Shepard shares the yard. Steps away from the beach so many strolls for sniffs and pee breaks. One very excited toddler to pet and play. Has learned to be gentle with dogs.

About: I have owned and cared for animals my entire life. I have owned my own dogs for the last 17 years. My dogs have always been family members to me and are included in everything I do. I have experience administering medications, supplements and dealing with senior pooches in the past. I have cared for many family, friends and acquaintances pets over the years, including multiple at one time. I currently am at home and available 7 days per week. My husband works full time and is off on weekends. I love to go on daily walks (often multiple) and am always up for weekend adventures at the lake, beach or in the forest with whatever furry friends I have tagging along. I have a fully fenced 1 acre property located in the Alberni Valley, about 15 minutes drive from town. I love walking the many nature trails in our area with my dog. Aside from a daily walk or two, weather dependant, you will typically find us outside on the property, gardening or just relaxing. I understand the importance of meeting the specific needs of certain dog breeds, both physical and mental, as I have a Border Collie who requires a fair amount of stimulation (if ya know, ya know). My home is spacious and well set up for doggies to enjoy both outside and indoors. No couch is off limits for the pups! My girl Millie is very well socialized and loves meeting new doggies of all shapes and sizes. Her many doggie friends will tell you she is very calm and well mannered. I do have free range chickens on our property, but haven’t had any issues with proper introduction and supervision, even with dogs who have never been around them before. I would care for your pup as if it were my own and ensure they had nothing but the best time during their stay! They may not even want to leave!

About: Hi! I’m a mom of three with a 8 year old pup and 2 year old cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to know your pup is being well taken care of. I offer dog walking in your neighbourhood, drop in’s and dog boarding in my home. Dogs must be good with small children, dogs and cats if staying in my home. I’m currently working part-time. I can be very flexible with your schedule needs, I will have plenty of time to tend to your animals. Thank you! When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I stick to your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. I make sure they’re fed on time, have fresh water, get outdoor breaks (for dogs), and have clean litter boxes (for cats). I spend time with them so they feel comfortable and not just “checked on.” I’m respectful of your space, and I always make sure everything is secure and tidy when I leave.

About: Over 12 years of experience with dogs and cats: training, walking, feeding, and loving care. Reliable, attentive, and passionate about every pet’s unique individual needs. I work from home so am free to take care of your pups all day long. Late pick up and early drop offs are welcome by request. Boarding rates apply to 8am drop-off and 8am pick the following day (24 hours) $100 Daycare rates apply to 8am drop off and 6pm pick up (10 hours) $63 Additional hours for early drop-off (before 8am) and late pick-up (after 6pm) is $12/ hour Please note: The 20% Rover fee for hosts is included in these rates. Rover charges guests an additional 11% at check out. Dogs stay comfortably in my home, couch time included! They’ll have fresh water and meals (provided by their owner) throughout their stay. Treats and poop bags are always on hand. Pups can enjoy a home-like environment with qualified supervision. The front yard is fully fenced for play time and potty breaks.
