About: I am a life long pet owner and lover! I am newly retired now and have decided my hobby would be pet sitting! My pet sitting experience (1 year so far) has taught me to able able to adapt to all types of doggie personalities as well as being comfortable to give meds when needed. I speak dog and cat extremely well! :-). I am healthy and love getting out for walks and enjoy play time with cats of all types. Interacting and doing things together with animals is the very best way to bond with them and it's just plain FUN! I am flexible and able to accommodate most schedules with notice. I am an early riser and have my own vehicle and that seems to work for walks and outings! At this time I am not able to take pets into my own home due to not having a fully fenced yard. This is something I may consider in the future.

About: Over the past several years, I have looked after home and petals for family and friends, caring for daily routines and walks to overnight stays. I'm currently completely my masters and working part time. Recently moved back to the Comox Valley. My time currently is pretty flexible. Excited to help. Happy to take your dog for a walk, or looked after your house and pets while you are away. Excited to work with you and your pets.

About: I have had a dog my entire life, most recently my boy Tas who I had for 11 great years. I love animals and will treat them with care and respect. I work a set schedule and look after pets on my days off. I have my own space with no other animals. They will be alone for minimal time in my care. I have a fenced yard, one small dog lives upstairs, who is very friendly. We have a forested area with trails where I will walk your pup.

About: I’ve loved animals since I was a little girl! My brother and I grew up with cats , guinea pigs , dogs and bunny’s! I now own a 3 year old little weiner dog named Olive who is my whole world. She is very friendly and loves to play! She makes a great companion and friend for your animal if they get along with others! I took care of my elderly grandparents dog for many years. Walking her daily, taking her to appointments, administering medication and grooming her! I understand the nerves of leaving your pet with a sitter. I will treat them just as my own, I am a very well trusted person who has a deep love for animals as I can assure you your pet is safe with me! I am a bartender and I work 4 days a week, I work short shifts anywhere from 4-6 hours! I’m available most parts of the day as I usually work nights. I will be able to stop in the morning and afternoon and then evening after my shift to look after your furry friend! If your dog loves company I have a three year old weiner dog who loves other animals! She’s extremely friendly and loves to chase! I have .5 of an acre backyard they can run around in. I walk my dog Olive twice a day every day anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hour. I can bring yours along with me! I have a very quiet and calming space with a big yard surrounded by trees! My mother lives above me in the house and I can leave my dog upstairs if they do not get along or that is not something you’re comfortable with!

About: I’ve had pets all through out my life. I am very accommodating and have the most patience when it comes to animals. I love training, and am very familiar with the puppy phase, i’m a pro at midnight potty breaks. If your pet has any routines or weird quirks they enjoy, I love to provide! I currently volunteer at a local shelter and am starting a part time position in April, so I am very available right now, and will be flexible working around my schedule when the time comes. I love positive reinforcement, I don’t believe any animal being submissive or fearful is the goal, respect goes both ways. If you work on training or certain cues I’m more then happy to incorporate them in walks or with meals.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have hands-on experience caring for puppies and adult dogs, including feeding, walking, playtime, and basic routine care. I’m attentive, patient, and make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and comfortable while in my care. I treat pets like family and always follow owners’ instructions closely. I work part-time as a Pilates instructor, which gives me a very flexible schedule and lots of free time for pet care. I’m available during weekdays, evenings, and most weekends, and I can easily adjust my schedule to fit walks, drop-ins, or longer stays. I prioritize safety, trust, and consistency in every home. I follow each pet’s routine closely, keep environments clean and secure, and provide attentive supervision, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I always respect my client’s home and instructions.

About: I have been caring for pets of family and friends since I was a child and always put in the extra time for exercise, mental stimulation, and affection. I have successfully helped puppies complete puppy training and offer caring support to elderly animals and those with special medical needs. I do contract work and have a lot of time off so can be with your pets for extended amounts of time. I live in the forest close to a provincial park I visit regularly and can provide long nature walks for your dogs. While I currently don't have any of my own pets at this time, I will enthusiastically cherish the time I get to spend with yours!

About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 10 years through friends, family, and word of mouth. I grew up with a dog and have always loved being around animals, so I'm overly happy to fill my time with some furry friends! I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and sizes and would love to help with walks, boarding, or house sitting. Whether your pet needs a little extra exercise, some company while you’re away, or someone to stay in your home with them, I’d be happy to help I’m currently off work for the summer, so I have plenty of extra time to spend caring for your pets! I love hiking and exploring the outdoors, so if your furry friend is up for an adventure, I’d be happy to bring them along. If they prefer a relaxed walk around the neighbourhood, that’s just as welcome! I’m happy to adjust my days and activities to whatever your pet enjoys most. My goal is to make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and, most importantly, feel happy and comfortable while you’re away. I have a large, unfenced backyard with a spacious, fully enclosed deck, giving your dog plenty of room to explore and enjoy some outdoor time. I’m always outside with them, so they’ll have plenty of supervision and company. I’m also more than happy to stay at your home if that’s what works best for you and your pets. I know some animals are happiest in their own familiar space, and I’d love to help them feel comfortable and at home while you’re away!

About: I have been in the pet care business for over 10 years. From doggie walks to overnight stays. I understand what it takes to be a loving and responsible care giver as I have needed to have a person care for my pets when I'm away. We all need to feel the confidence when putting the trust into a person who will be caring for our family members. Communication is key with regular updates. I am semi retired and there are days where I will be away from the home for approx. 6 hours while caring for your pet. I am available for most days other than my time away. Only looking to book locally . Making sure I understand all the pet care details, having them written down to make sure all is being done correctly. Regular communication between the parties.
