About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and energy levels. I have experience with puppies and basic training, as well as supporting senior dogs with more complex care such as feeding routines, supplements and medication schedules. Dogs have always been part of my life, and today our own dog is a cherished member of our family and my son’s best friend. I understand how much your dog means to you, and I treat every pup in my care as if they were my own. I’m active and love spending time outdoors, so daily walks are something I genuinely enjoy, rain or shine. I offer walks ranging from 15 to 60 minutes and tailor each outing to suit your dog’s breed, age, and energy level, ensuring they get the exercise and attention they need. I provide dependable drop-in visits for potty breaks, feeding, and playtime, perfect for busy workdays or when you’re away. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. Services are available both weekdays and weekends. I take your dog's safety, comfort, and well being very seriously. During walks and visits, I closely monitor their behaviour, energy levels, and surroundings to ensure they are safe, happy, and stress-free. For your peace of mind, I’m happy to send photos and text updates during our time together. I also welcome a meet-and-greet beforehand so you and your dog can feel completely comfortable and confident in my care.

About: I have been caring for pets of family and friends since I was a child and always put in the extra time for exercise, mental stimulation, and affection. I have successfully helped puppies complete puppy training and offer caring support to elderly animals and those with special medical needs. I do contract work and have a lot of time off so can be with your pets for extended amounts of time. I live in the forest close to a provincial park I visit regularly and can provide long nature walks for your dogs. While I currently don't have any of my own pets at this time, I will enthusiastically cherish the time I get to spend with yours!

About: I have owned one dog and a few cats over the years. Currently, i have no pets as we had to put our dogs of 18 years down last year. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs. I am available most days and am comfortable walking your dog in any weather condition. I am a reliable person who always follows through with her commitments and goes above and beyond. I also have a lot of experience with cats as I had them all of my life growing up. Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, dietary restrictions, etc. I look forward to working with your fur baby. I work from home so I am able to let dogs outside in our fenced dog run whenever needed if boarding with me. I can also come to your house to pick up for walks I have two fenced in dog runs on the property and a big side yard (unfenced). I am able to take your dog to a number of trails and parks. We also have a large unfinished basement where my office is located so I spend most of my time there during the day

About: Lived on a farm, took care of a variety of pets from a young age. Cats, dogs, horses, pigs, chickens, etc. Previous rescue foster for dogs from puppy to senior care through BARS Animal rescue in Alberta. Have my own 6 year old rescue cat Puss Puss whom I recently built a catio for. Just finished doing 13 years in Healthcare, 8 of which were in EMS. Now semi-retired looking for opportunities to care for your fur babies :) Pretty open at the moment. Have reliable transportation to Qualicum, Parksville, Coombs Errington and Nanaimo. Can do mornings, afternoons, early evenings and weekends. For sitting, walks, car rides you name it. My beloved Puss Puss in an indoor kitty, however I built a catio for her so she can safely go outside. I won't be able to board pets, but will happily come to your home if you're going on vacation or need daily feeding and play time with your pets.

About: Hi love pets, and all kinds not just dogs, I have no problem checking in on any other pets in your house, (fish, lizards, mice, rats, etc!) I’ve always had animals in my life. My main goal is to make sure your pets are happy and healthy. Making sure your pets have what they need and are safe is the top priority for me and I’ll do what I can to achieve that. I am currently working a full-time job 8hrs a day, Friday-Tuesday. This means potty breaks every 8+ hours. While I'm off I have full availability for all adventures needed to keep your pets satisfied! Coming into someone else's home my priorities are to make sure I'm following any house rules, and keeping to the schedule for your pets to stay happy and comfortable while your away.

About: Perfect space for pets to come hang out. 1/2 acre beautiful yard with lots of cedar trees and racetrack. I am currently available fulltime. I am an automotive technician and build custom kitchens. I love to camp, fix, collect and repair projects. Raised with a dalmation my younger life. I can whisper all dogs so they are calm and happy. I love cats. Just me in a 5 bed 3 bath home after selling in Vancouver and moving to the Island. Im youngest of 5 kids with parents that are amazing! Dogs are always super happy to be here! They can explore the huge backyard any time! Im in this to spend more time with animals! I'm available full time to care for pets. Any work I do outside the home I limit too no more than 4 hours! I will bring pets along everywhere I go generally! Pets get the luxury of free roam in my home! They have a big fenced backyard to roam and play. As long there recall to come back inside when asked they get full privilege of going in and out as much as they want! After years of caring for animals I've learned so many safety strategies and precautions!

About: I have been in the pet care business for over 10 years. From doggie walks to overnight stays. I understand what it takes to be a loving and responsible care giver as I have needed to have a person care for my pets when I'm away. We all need to feel the confidence when putting the trust into a person who will be caring for our family members. Communication is key with regular updates. I am semi retired and there are days where I will be away from the home for approx. 6 hours while caring for your pet. I am available for most days other than my time away. Only looking to book locally . Making sure I understand all the pet care details, having them written down to make sure all is being done correctly. Regular communication between the parties.

About: I’m a past pet owner. I've recently looked after my sisters two small dogs for long weekends or a week at a time in BC while they were away. I’ve even looked after a relatives house, 2 Great Danes, 1 med sized dog and a few cats for a couple weeks when I was a kid with my elderly grandmother. Big responsibility! I’ve also looked after a neighbours cat for a couple weeks twice a day for feeds, daily cat litter cleaning, and music turned on and off with cuddle time. I’m bondable! I’ve volunteered and work for police forces over the years so no record etc. I believe animals have souls and need love and to be cared for. I’m willing to go to your home and water, feed and take your fur baby out for bathroom breaks and a cuddle. This will take a load off your mind as well as physically for your fur babies. I may not have years of getting paid and labelled as “professional” but I’m experienced when loving animals and using common sense to look after them and your home. Any questions, just ask. Cheers. I am a mortgage broker and can work from home. This gives me the flexibility to be with your pets mostly around the clock. Taking pets for walks and out door breaks when required. I will obliviously, learn and note what is needed as per the owner of the pet. I will make sure the pet feels loved and not alone while the owner is away. I will look after the residents as well. Pets are fed and watered in a timely manner and working with the owners schedule as required.
