About: Caring for animals has been a part of my life since childhood. I’ve owned dogs since I was 7 and spent 15 years working hands-on in veterinary clinics, as well as at shelters, gaining experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and needs. Before having children, I also ran my own pet-sitting service, caring for pets as if they were my own. I’m now a marine biologist who primarily works from home, but my love for animal care has never changed. Your dog will share our home with Sheriff, my very friendly black Lab, and my two young children, who love helping give extra attention and cuddles. Between playtime, walks, and lots of love, I’ll make sure your dog has plenty of fun and feels right at home. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and is a central part of our home life. I work from home , which allows me to be present throughout the day for feeding, playtime, walks, pats, and monitoring each pet’s comfort and wellbeing. My days are structured but flexible, with plenty of one-on-one attention, enrichment, and downtime. Whether it’s daily check-ins, extended stays, or extra cuddles, caring for pets is something I truly enjoy and prioritize every day of the week. I care for pets as if they were my own, focusing on safety, comfort, and maintaining their normal routine as much as possible. With 15 years of experience working in veterinary clinics and shelters, I’m comfortable administering medications, monitoring health, and recognizing changes in behavior or wellbeing. In my home, pets enjoy a clean, calm, and spacious environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and enrichment throughout the day. I follow each pet’s feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions provided. Pets are never left alone for long periods and are supervised to ensure they feel secure and relaxed. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of both the pet’s space and the household. I provide reliable visits for feeding, walks, litter care, playtime, and companionship, while keeping routines consistent to reduce stress. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I've taken care of friends and families pets for over 10 years and have always enjoyed time spent outside, particularly dog walking! I'm looking to grow my expertise and experience while spending time with new furry friends! I am currently working on the Sunshine Coast over the summer and looking for some extra walk time outside my work, so I can be relatively flexible outside the hours of my full time job. As long as it fits it around work, I am happy to get out in the mornings or evenings!! Unfortunately, due to my current living conditions I cannot have pets in my home but will be more than happy to spend time with your pets outside.

About: Responsible, compassionate, middle-aged- chill vibe. I have done temp. care for ponies, horses and cared for my own cats, dogs, hamsters, rabbits and tropical fish! Currently I'm very open, time-wise. I'm a student and working part time so lots of flexibility. Looking forward to discussing your and fur baby needs. I like clear instructions of what pets are used to and expect. I also like to know how they are used to interacting outside of the home. (on leash, off leash, good with others). Most pets like routine and I like to help maintain that sense of safety for them. :)

About: I’ve been a dog lover and owner my entire life. Since moving out to Squamish I have been without my pups and I miss having those little balls of joy running around me all the time. I would love to care for your pups like they’re my own and give them all the love and attention they deserve. I am very comfortable with dogs of all kinds and have done multiple training sessions with my own dogs so I am aware of how to handle different situations. I have also previously participated in a dog enrichment program with the Edmonton Humane Society which was so fulfilling and educational. I hope to take all my knowledge and experience and use it towards helping you and your dogs live happy and healthy lives. I currently work full time from home Monday-Friday so getting outside for a walk during the day is a nice refreshment for me. Working from home also gives me the flexibility to watch your dog in the comfort of your home if you require longer duration dog sitting. I am happy to come into your home to spend time with your pup so that they are most comfortable and follow any house rules that you have set. I am also happy to just play with them in your backyard or take them out for a walk, whatever you prefer!
