About: I grew up with several cats and 3 German Shepherds in my family. Now I have 2 fur babies, a Corgi and a rescue dog - who I trained and raised from little puppies. But at the moment they're in Hong Kong with my parents as my current living + work situation in Vancouver doesn't quite allow for me to take close care of them in the way they deserve (apartment, a lot of travel etc.) I'm the primary sitter but my husband is an animal doctor so he's a great contact to have on hand! I run my own business and work from home, so my schedule is generally pretty flexible. I very much miss my dogs' company so I'd love to take care of yours when I'm available to! I'm able to come and stay for short stays with your pet - play, train, take them on walks as wanted and needed. I'm also more than happy to share lots of photos and keep in close contact when house-sitting.

“Connie was a kind, responsive, and dutiful dog sitter for Fozzie. She was really flexible with drop off and pick up times which is super helpful for my schedule and type of work. She also provided me with photo and message updates throughout the day. It was great to see that Fozzie settled in so nicely with their family including their dog Alpha and their two kiddos. Fozzie struggles with separation anxiety and has leash reactivity with other dogs so he can sometimes be a bit of a handful but Connie demonstrated familiarity and confidence around dealing with these challenges, which helped me have confidence too. Connie also goes above and beyond by providing homemade healthy treats to doggos like steamed pumpkin. Would highly recommend but Fozzie calls dibs! 🥰”

About: Ive been raised with dogs in my family for my entire life, including my own personal Akita named Simba. My upbringing and experience has taught me a great deal about how to care for pets, and have the utmost respect towards pets and pet owners alike. I’ve always taken great pride in taking care of my pets to the highest degree and treat them as both my family members and best companions. I have experience with very large, medium and small sized dogs from new born puppies to elderly. I currently work fully remotely from home 5 days per week from 9-5. I have a great amount of flexibility when it comes to giving attention or activity during the workday! I live with my girlfriend who is a dietitian in a dog friendly apartment building but do not currently have my own personal pets. I keep an extremely clean home and ensure pets have ample entertainment through their toys, human interaction, and comfortable bedding. I am very health conscious on behalf of all pets I have owned or take care of, I never want to expose dogs or animals to anything that could cause harm or health complications.
