“Jacqueline and Bill were by far our best experience on Rover to date. We have a high energy lab mix with some separation anxiety and thus we usually hire house sitters. Our house sitter had to cancel last minute so we were scambling last minute to find help. Jacqueline and Bill agreed to meet us on the same day as our request and were so easy going calm. They made our dog’s first boarding experience the best it could be. I was worried because they have two dogs of their own, but they were reassuring and handled the dogs like pros. Franky was nervous the first night and kept them up until 3am and they handled it with professionalism and grace. They informed me the next morning about how he was doing and were patient and willing to work with Franky through his anxiety. By the end of his stay, Franky was happily acclimated and fitting in nicely. His energy level and demeanor was settled and calm. Jacqueline and Bill are dog whisperers and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Would give 10 stars if I could.”
