About: I share my life with a sweet, high-energy Border Collie/German Shepherd/Husky mix, so I understand the importance of exercise, structure, and attentive care. Having spent most of my life around both dogs and cats, I’m comfortable with a wide range of temperaments and needs. As an active person, I’m well-suited for high-energy play, long walks, and keeping dogs mentally and physically engaged. I aim to return every dog happy, fulfilled, and well-exercised. I also have experience with basic training and reinforcement, and I prioritize consistency, safety, and clear communication. You can count on me to be reliable, respectful of your routine, and attentive to your pet’s individual needs. My mornings and afternoon/evenings are free to care for your pets and on some weekdays during the day. Rest assured that your pups will receive the attention and care they deserve. I am attention detailed at following your specific guidelines in entering and leaving your home. I am happy to do everything from caring for your pet as well as cleaning if you wish. We can talk about cleaning in person.

“Kailey did an amazing job watching our dog & cat! She sent daily updates without being asked. She left a note with details when she left. The pets were happy & the house was clean! What more can you ask for! Would definitely recommend!”

“Elisa took care of my house and 2 precious furry friends for 5 days. She kept me up to date on how things were going and I came home to a nice clean house. She was easy to communicate with. I would recommend her to those looking for a great house/pet sitter. No hesitation about booking her again.”

“Darcia is absolutely fabulous! She was very flexible and I felt completely happy knowing our pup was well cared for. My house was spotless when I arrived home and my dog was tired and content. She sent lots of pictures and was extremely reliable. I highly recommend her!!”

“Ethan was so great with my cats, they were very comfortable with him. He kept me updated with photos every day and little stories. I was able to go away and feel very at ease knowing he was taking care of my home and cats. When I came home, my house was clean and my cats were happy!”

About: My experience with pets is life long! I grew up on a farm with all kinds of animals, worked on a horse farm and dog sat all throughout my teen years. I work in downtown Kelowna full time but my hours vary week by week. But I always have time for a nice long walk with your dog during the day! I do not offer pet care in my own home as I don't have the right outdoor space for it. I take great care to ensure your dog is safe, secure and happy during all walks and drop in visits. I also take great care when house sitting, making sure to leave it in even better condition than when I arrived.

“Erik did a fantastic job of house sitting and caring for our one dog. We came home to a very clean house and a dog that was well cared for. He updated us with photos and videos. Our dog warmed up to him very quickly and he seemed to enjoy his time with Erik.”

“Kayla is conscientious and caring. She seems to understand my dog's needs and works with them. She has been working with my one dogs leash reactivity and understands her behavior. I so appreciate Kayla's gentle and calm manner.”

About: What sets me apart is my experience caring for pets of all ages—from playful puppies and curious kittens to senior dogs and cats—as well as farm animals. I’m very active, so I love having a furry companion join me on walks or playtime, but I also make sure pets are happy and well-cared-for when at home. As a self-employed house sitter, I’m only away for short periods during the day (around four hours), and I make it a priority to provide attention, routine, and care tailored to each pet’s needs. “Lorina was a huge help for me! I had reached out on Christmas Eve to be a house-sitter as the one I had bailed on me last minute. Lorina came over Xmas day when she had time and also stayed the night and spent all the next day at my house with my 13 year old cat. She made all the worry go away and I’m so thankful she was able to help me with such short notice!”

About: I enjoy working with dogs on their basic commands, fetch is fun, and dog beach is mandatory in the summer. I'm not qualified for serious special needs dogs, but would welcome your visually impaired and hard-of-hearing dogs. I do not drink, do drugs, smoke, vape or any other such foolishness. I am self-employed and work 95% remotely, thoroughly enjoying the companionship of a dog during the day and evening. In the summer, if your dog likes car rides and local road trips, I drive an open-top Jeep for the best car rides ever. I completely understand that your dog is family and not just a dog. I'm a "tell your dog I said hi" type. Caring for your dog, I will send pics and videos of us out and about, or curled up in the evening watching something on YouTube. In the summer, if your dog likes paddleboarding and dog beaches, weather permitting, I love going in the mornings, afternoons and especially in the early evening.
“Kirstin was INCREDIBLE with our puppy!! Our puppy instantly loved her when she came into our home and Kirstin was very easy to communicate with during scheduling and while we were away on our trip. She went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend! We will definitely be booking her again.”

About: I’m originally from Ontario and recently began my career in Kelowna. I grew up with two poodles, and I miss them dearly. While I can’t care for my own dogs right now, I would love the chance to share that same care and affection with your pets. I’m very active and go for daily walks, and I’d love a furry companion to join me. When I’m not out and about, I enjoy relaxing on the couch. Kelowna pet parents share their Rover experiences
Shana was amazing taking care of our shy cat, Charlie, and taking care of our house for an extended vacation. It took a bit for Charlie to open up, but Shana was patient and not too long after they definitely bonded. Shana kept us updated and took amazing care of our home. We would not hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended.

Courtney has cared for our anxious pup three times now and we have been very happy. Our dog seemed so much more comfortable this last time we left for 10 days. She takes this job very seriously and demonstrates a strong sense of compassion and care. She was flexible and willing to adapt when we had to add a couple of days to our trip. Thank you Courtney!

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Ashley. She provided exceptional care for my 2 fur babies, and I truly appreciated the consistent photo updates she sent. It was clear that their well-being was her top priority. Ashley is highly attentive and professional, adhering to her own disciplined standards, such as never leaving the dogs alone for more than four hours. She was very accommodating of my schedule and paid close attention to every detail. As an added bonus, she even tidied up and washed the sheets during a single-night stay. This was absolutely five-star service, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Darce did an amazing job taking care of my dog, Rusty. He is not the easiest dog with his anxieties, but I came home to a happy, content and relaxed pup. My house was also clean and tidy and I felt very comfortable having Darce stay and look after both house and dog. I will definitely be booking her again, hopefully in the very near future.

Olivia stayed at our house and watched our dog for 9 days. She is amazing! Communicates consistently with updates and pictures. He got so much love from her that I’m positive he’s sad that she had to leave. He got plenty of exercise and a ton of love. We highly recommend her! She is responsible, respectful and kind.

Fantastic job again. We have had Eric stay at our place in Kettle Valley several times and he always goes above and beyond. Our dog Leo loves him, he makes sure the house is in order, even puts back the dishes into their respective places. We trust Eric, we would consider him our permanent dog/house sitter!

Michael and Rhianne were absolutely fabulous! I love receiving photos of my pets every day. They left my home in perfect order too. I will definitely try to use them again if I need to travel. It was a very enjoyable experience. I love how they came over for a meet and greet before my trip as well. I’m so grateful to have found them through Rover.

Hope took great care of our two cats while we were away. One of our cats is very shy and tends to hide, and Hope was thoughtful about feeding them separately to make sure both cats were eating properly. She sent us photos and updates of the cats, which we really appreciated, and went above and beyond with a few additional things we had asked. We would happily book Hope again. Thank you, Hope!

Highly recommend Jessica to care for your fur babies! Her communication was prompt and frequent which was appreciated including a meet and greet! She was flexible and accommodating to our schedule. And our kitties were happy on our return home and the house clean! Will definitely be using Jessica’s services again! You can enjoy your time away and be confident your pups and kitties are well cared for!
