Key information I appreciate knowing includes: Daily routine – feeding schedule, walk times, bathroom habits, and preferred activities Health needs – any medications, allergies, or ongoing medical conditions Behavioural traits – how they react to strangers, other animals, loud noises, or being alone Comfort preferences – favourite toys, hiding spots, or calming techniques that work well House rules – areas they are/aren’t allowed in, leash preferences, crate use, etc. This information helps me provide safe, consistent, and stress-free care that aligns with your pet’s routine and your expectations.

I always tailor activities to each pet’s energy level and preferences to ensure they feel happy, safe, and engaged. For dogs, this often includes walks, playtime with their favourite toys, games like fetch or gentle tug, and plenty of positive attention. If your dog enjoys mental stimulation, I'm happy to incorporate simple enrichment games or training reinforcement during our time together. For cats, I love trying all of their favourite toys, as well as offering companionship through gentle brushing, petting (if they enjoy it), or simply being a calm presence while they relax.
