“Milissa took great care of my senior cat, who has many special needs and quirks! She sent pictures and updates, which were very appreciated. My cat has a special eating schedule, and she also took good care of my home. I will use Milissa for overnights again! Thank you kindly Milissa!”

About: I have been an avid animal lover and care person for all of my adult life. House pets including dogs cats and parrots both young and senior. Also bovine and equine experience. Am retired and have lots of time to care for an assortment of animals in an assortment of locals. . Also reliable transportation to travel to different places. Safety and emotional support for animals is foremost. A regular schedule for feeding and medications is another important part of pet care. Prefer caring for pets in their home environment. Sense of security this gives is also important.
“This was our first time meeting Christina and having her stay overnight with Bean. Christina has a very calm energy and clearly loves animals. 10/10 good with communication, responsible, reliable, and "go with the flow" attitude. Will 100% book again.”

About: I have worked in animal medicine for 27 years and owned/operated my own pet sitting business. I love all animals and have cared for birds, pocket pets, dog and cats. I am comfortable giving oral/topical and injections (ex. Insulin). Two years ago I spent a year getting certified in animal hospice and palliative care. I know leaving a little old timer at home is stressful and requires someone with advanced caregiving skills. I welcome dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents and small reptiles. I am working from home. Animals who are cared for in our home are rarely alone. I can be available for visits during daytime or evenings. I have a quarter acre fenced yard. We have a pug named Bruce and a border collie named Biscuit. We live in a bi-level home in a quiet neighbourhood close to hiking trails that we frequent often. Pocket pets enjoy their own room and birds are upstairs with outdoor lookout.
“Edward kindly cared for our two dogs while we were away. He managed our puppy (who is in his chewing stage) with good humor and kindness. He provided us with frequent updates, was in constant communication, and when we arrived home the house was cleaner than when we left. Thank you Edward!”
