About: I’ve had and lived with dogs my entire life; I actively enjoy and love walking and hanging out with dogs of all types and sizes. As a full time worker and a student, having some down time with your pets is my honour! Typically I am away for work most of the day, however am thrilled to take care of them both before, after and in the evenings. Gives me a mental break, and you relief that your pets are in good hands. I grew up walking all sorts big dogs, small dogs, fluffy or tough dogs. I am not shy of a leash or commanding if need be.

About: We have owned many dogs and are very experienced and caring dog owners. We love dogs and will take very good care of your fur baby while they are under our care in our home. We will play with them both inside and outside and take them for several walks while they are in our care. I am retired and my husband works from home so we are able to watch your dog for extended periods of time. We will take them out often for a stretch, to exercise and to do their business. We have large front and back yards, as well as many walking trails just outside our door with plenty of room for your dog to run and get their exercise. We don’t currently have our own pet, but love dogs and will take very good care of your pet while we dog-sit. We live in a small gated community at the end of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. We often watch and board our friends’ Labradors while their owners travel.

About: I have years of experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes—from tiny Chihuahuas to giant Great Danes. I’ve raised kittens from birth, cared for reptiles, and looked after farm animals like rabbits and chickens. What truly sets me apart is my ability to understand each animal’s unique needs and make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their environment. Whether it’s a high-energy pup, a shy senior dog, or a curious kitten, I tailor my care to keep them happy and healthy. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life—I have two dogs of my own and love spending time with animals. I work five days a week, but my shifts are typically 5–6 hours, which gives me plenty of flexibility. I’m available for morning or evening visits depending on my schedule, and I can always stop by before and after work. Caring for pets isn’t just something I do—it’s part of my everyday routine, and I truly enjoy it! My top priority is making sure your pet feels happy, safe, and comfortable—whether they’re in my home or I’m visiting yours. I understand that every animal has their own unique needs and routines. Whether your dog needs a long, energetic walk or just a quick 5-minute potty break, I always follow their lead and adjust my care to what works best for them. I take the time to get to know each pet and make sure they feel at ease while you’re away.

About: I share my life with a sweet, high-energy Border Collie/German Shepherd/Husky mix, so I understand the importance of exercise, structure, and attentive care. Having spent most of my life around both dogs and cats, I’m comfortable with a wide range of temperaments and needs. As an active person, I’m well-suited for high-energy play, long walks, and keeping dogs mentally and physically engaged. I aim to return every dog happy, fulfilled, and well-exercised. I also have experience with basic training and reinforcement, and I prioritize consistency, safety, and clear communication. You can count on me to be reliable, respectful of your routine, and attentive to your pet’s individual needs. I work a part time job at an e-bike rental shop downtown Kelowna, outside of work I am happy to take care of your pets, and I usually work a maximum of 6 hours. Rest assured that your pups will receive the attention and care they deserve. I am attention detailed at following your specific guidelines in entering and leaving your home. I am happy to do everything from caring for your pet as well as cleaning if you wish. We can talk about cleaning in person.

About: Graduated veterinary assistant with previous clinic experience caring for animals of all ages. I love looking after all kinds of animals and I’m always excited to learn about new pets so I can provide compassionate and reliable care! Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine, as I’m currently available during both weekdays and weekends. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time, attention, and quality care to your pets while prioritizing their needs and routines. While I’m unable to care for other pets in my own home due to having high anxiety dogs, I’m happy to provide care in yours. Whether you’re away on a trip or at work, I can stop by for walks, feeding, playtime, bathroom breaks and medication administration if needed.

About: My experience with pets is life long! I grew up on a farm with all kinds of animals, worked on a horse farm and dog sat all throughout my teen years. I work in downtown Kelowna full time but my hours vary week by week. But I always have time for a nice long walk with your dog during the day! I do not offer pet care in my own home as I don't have the right outdoor space for it. I take great care to ensure your dog is safe, secure and happy during all walks and drop in visits. I also take great care when house sitting, making sure to leave it in even better condition than when I arrived.

About: I've had animals of my own my whole life and taken care of other's pets for 30+ years. I love all animals, but dogs are my favorite and they only sleep with me if they're allowed 😉. I'm just as happy cuddling with a cat though! I work from home, so I can provide around the clock care for your fur babies! I work from home and have lots of freedom and time to walk and care for your pets. I enjoy being active with the animals, also cuddling up and relaxing. I will provide care for your pets in your home exactly as you see fit. I follow directions well, am adaptable, and just want you and your animals to feel safe and cared for. I'm clean, conscientious and understand the trust and respect needed to have others in your personal space, and I honor that.

About: I have been caring for my own dogs for as long as I can remember, including puppy litters from my own girl, Suki. I have also been entrusted to care for friends and family member’s pets when they’re away as everyone who knows me, knows that I have a genuine love and care for animals! I am currently working full-time, however, my shifts start in the early hours of the morning and I am typically home by midday! That leaves me plenty of time to care for your furry family members! I can easily slot into your home, keeping your pet in a familiar environment to alleviate any stress! I will be your pets companion and am more than happy to give them all the attention in the world! I may be accompanied by my Fiancé, Jake, but this would always be at the owners discretion!

About: I am a university student at UBCO living at home with my family and 2 dogs. This gives me the unique flexibility to stay overnight and care for pets on short notice. I have had dogs my whole life, and currently have a senior rescue, and a puppy at home. This gives me the experience I need to care for all kinds of dogs, well trained, not yet trained, puppies, seniors, rescues, purebreds etc. I have been dog and cat sitting for family friends several times a year for over 3 years since high school. I am a very responsible person, extremely reliable, and communicate well. I love the outdoors and going for walks, as well as lazy days at home. I have a very flexible school and work schedule. I am a student at UBCO and have several 3-4 hour gaps in my day which I can come home and spend time with the pets. I am done my classes around dinner time, and can come straight home for the evening. On the weekends, I am a server at a restaurant in town and generally only work 4-6 hour shifts. This means I am around for the majority of the day. I have been dog walking for many years as I have had dogs my whole life. With clients, I try and keep the pet’s routine as similar as possible to their owner’s. I like to be around as much as possible and keep the pets as comfortable as they can be while their owner is away.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I have 20 years of dog ownership, 8 years with cats, and experience caring for a horse. Professionally, I’ve worked in a doggy daycare for 2 years and as a dog groomer for 1 year, plus 3 years running my own dog-sitting side hustle. I’m confident with dogs of all breeds and personalities and genuinely love what I do. I’m currently building my portfolio as a Newly licensed Residential Property Manager. I make my own schedule and I either work from home or easily on the go, so I figured why not do a bit more of what I really love the most. I currently offer in-home check ins, sitting and walking. About: My senior chihuahua is not much of a walker anymore so looking to meet other dogs that like to go for longer walks or shorter if they want :) I am a travelling pet sitter and live out of my van with my senior chihuahua so am very flexible for sits or walks . My Chico is most comfortable in the van cause he knows it’s our home I’m really easy to get along with and flexible to clients needs for their pets , communication is always key to keep pets happy and safe .

About: I have always had a cat in my life and I have also volunteered over 200 hours caring for cats at the SPCA. I experienced a wide variety of cats, including many shy and anxious ones. While I have the most experience with cats, I would love to take your well-behaved dog for a walk or run. I am currently a student taking online courses, so I have complete flexibility for drop-in visits and walks throughout the week. I plan my schoolwork around visits so I can meet your pet’s needs and stay consistent with their routine. I’m a calm and patient person, and I always let your cat or dog approach me on their own terms. I never force interaction—I give them the space they need to feel safe and comfortable around me.

About: I have been caring for pets and house sitting for friends and family for over 5 years, and I’m now expanding into professional pet care. I’m known for being reliable, calm, and attentive to each animal’s routine and personality. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages, including energetic puppies who need structure and training reinforcement, as well as senior pets who require patience, medication support, and a gentle approach. I treat every home and pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, settled, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m also comfortable with early check-ins, late drop-ins, and overnight stays depending on the needs of the pet and the booking. I’m very organized and used to balancing a busy schedule, so I make sure pet care commitments are planned in advance and always given my full attention when I’m with your pets. I am happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when my schedule allows. I offer flexible care depending on what works best for each pet and client—whether that’s in my home or yours. My priority is always keeping pets comfortable, safe, and as close to their normal routine as possible. In my home, I live in a spacious walk-up studio with a large fenced backyard, which gives dogs plenty of room to get outside, play, and relax safely. I keep the environment clean, calm, and pet-friendly, and I make sure any visiting pets feel like they have their own little space here. In clients’ homes, I’m very respectful and mindful of routines, instructions, and household rules. I stick closely to feeding schedules, walk routines, medication needs, and any specific training or behaviour guidelines. I also keep communication open with regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.
