We were super thankful that Jaclyn was available to walk Niko super last minute. She is very reliable and Niko really likes her!

Jaclyn was awesome! She gave Niko a walk every morning while we were away on vacation. She communicated really well throughout and provided pictures. We will definitely use Jaclyn again for any future dog walking needs.

Jaclyn is very nice. She house sat for me over the Christmas holidays and looked after my senior cat. While my cat was cared for overall, communication during the booking was limited. I did not receive updates or photos unless I specifically asked, which was disappointing as regular check-ins are an important part of pet sitting for me and is an expectation through Rover to build trust with the owner. Jaclyn was responsive when contacted, but proactive communication would have been preferred. Additionally, although I gave details about when I left and when I was back, she seemed to misunderstand the dates and times she was required. But while away, when I reiterated what was needed, she did adjust. Jaclyn may be a better fit for pet owners who do not require frequent updates and not for elderly animals who need more attention and care.

Great communication and very happy with the updates and pictures of our cats for drop in visits. Thank you!
