She has a professional room set up for all boarding animals (even nicer than a vet boarding facility!) and sent us pictures / updates throughout our hamster's stay. About: Hi! My name is Amanda, and I have 18 years of pet care experience. I have had pleasure of owning three dogs over the course of my adult life. I currently have a senior dog named Benson and this Summer my family and I adopted a pup named Nash. I use to foster dogs and cats throughout college and several friends and family have relied on me to care for their four-legged family member(s) over the years. I have experience with dogs of all ages from puppies to seniors and I am certified in Pet First Aid/CPR through the American Red Cross. Im currently working from home and have a flexible schedule, so I have a great amount of time to spend with your dog(s) in my home and take them out throughout the day. My husband Martin will also join me on walks/trails at times when he is home in the evening and weekends. I offer in-home boarding. Provide daily walks around the neighborhood and walking trails in the area. Dog treats are also provided, unless declined by dog owner. All dogs boarding must be crate trained for nightly sleep for their safety and the safety of other dogs.

“Joshua watched our two German Shepherds for a week while we went on vacation. It was the first time someone other than family watched our pets and we were very anxious about it. After our meet and greet at Joshua’s home we were immediately put at ease. While away Joshua sent us almost daily updates with photos so we could see how our dogs were doing. They were having the best time and enjoying a vacation of their own. One of our dogs required daily medications which was not a problem. We can’t thank Joshua enough for taking such great care of our pets and allowing us the ability to enjoy our vacation without worry. “If you are anything like us, our fur babies are literally like our children. We travel often, and have boarded our dogs Baxter and Goldie before... never again will I kennel the dogs. I found rover accidentally. Upon looking into it I was thoroughly impressed. Not only were the services more extensive, but the rates were great too. The first person I came across was rebecca. I thought she looked familiar and it turns out, she's my neighbor! Our dogs never have to stay far from home again. Rebecca and her husband Bob are amazing people in general, nevermind the love and attention the pay to the animals. Baxter and Goldie enjoyed their stay. They were excited to come home, but I don't think they would have minded a couple more nights with these dog lovers. Already booked for the 4th of July, and will most definitely be friends for a long time to come. I highly recommend Rebecca if you have a hard time leaving your pets behind. Alberta was the best match for "Lucky", my very personable and sweet 15- year old Golden Doodle. Before accepting Lucky for a Sunday-to-Sunday December stay, Alberta asked all the right questions from his daily routine to how best to administer his prescription meds. Alberta also required a current veterinarian record as proof that Lucky was up to date on all his shots and also so she could keep an eye on his health. Aside from a very professional, proficient, and friendly onboarding the real magic happened when Alberta cheerfully greeted Lucky and she knew to give him time and space to acclimate to his new B&B and her own three doggies - a greyhound, a lab and a golden mix. Every morning I received a cutie pie photo of my fur baby in a different scenario which showed me just how well he was doing! Snoozing on his bed, hanging with her other dogs in the fenced in yard, or begging for a treat. Normally when I pick up my boy from other sitters he looks a bit frazzled-as if to say- what was that all about!? LOL But after his stay with Alberta and family Lucky came trotting out, happy to see me and and freshly brushed too. I could see in his eyes that he was well-rested and happy. WOW! Thanks Alberta for all the TLC!
