About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. I'm currently unemployed so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm available for petsitting any day of the week and can work around any personal appointments. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.

About: I have had pets all my life and adore animals. I enjoy taking the time to play with the dogs, and giving them the love and attention that they need. The Townsend Rail Trail is right near my house, and I am able to enjoy multiple daily walks with my 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Loki, on that trail. At this time I are unable to accommodate dogs who are aggressive, or dogs who are not house trained. I currently work from Home, so I am able to devote plenty of time to ensuring that the dogs get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. My daughter also enjoy spending time with any dogs that I have at the house giving them extra love and attention throughout the day, always supervised and as appropriate with each dog. My yard is not fenced in, so a dog would be leashed to play in the yard, but I have a dog runs to enable the dogs to enjoy some time running freely in the grass each day. I am able to separate the dogs as needed and for feeding times to ensure that they remain stress free. We are able to accommodate crate training schedules as needed, our dog is only crate trained at night. We are home most of the time, but if we do leave the house we ensure that the dogs are not left alone for extended periods and we are able to seperate them safely while out of the house without crating them unless requested. We do have two cats, but as our dog does not get along with them we have them separated upstairs from the dogs and all pets are 100% safe. The dogs have free run of the downstairs and the cats have free run of the upstairs all day so that everyone remains safe and happy with no issues!

About: I've had a connection with animals since I can remember. I've cared for cats and dogs and have cleaned litter boxes, and have walked many miles in those decades. I'm currently working almost full-time as a school librarian so my availability is weekdays after 4pm, Wednesdays after 2pm. Weekends are open for pet care as are holidays and school vacation weeks. About: I’ve been a dog walker for 2 years. Each dog gets all the lovings and attention from me every time! I do drop in visits to feed a meal and just let them out, or I’ll take them on 15-30 minutes walks (weather/temp dependent). Dog walking is my current job, I’m just looking to fill my schedule a little more. I typically start around 10am and the last dog gets walked around 3pm so anywhere in that time frame works for me! I have worked with dog aggressive dogs by using an E-collar so I’m knowledgeable on how to use those correctly. I am comfortable putting dogs into their crate if needed as well.

Living with animals has given me a lot of empathy for them. When I look into their eyes, I see souls as deep, complex, and beautiful as our own. I also don’t have a strict schedule, which means I can care for pets whenever and however they need to be cared for. I have an open yard, but we’re far from the road, and further from any busy roads. Still, I supervise pets whenever taking them outside, once I’m confident they won’t run off, be that via leash or via befriending them. I take my dog for at least one walk a day, so if your dog were staying over, they’d get to come too. We let our pets out whenever they signal to us that they need the bathroom, but every pet is different and we can do routine outside-times for pets that need it as well.
About: Ever since I was little, I have always loved caring for my own pets. I have always lived with at least one dog. I currently have a pug, two shitzus, a cat, and a bearded dragon. I enjoy giving them the love, care, and attention they deserve, and so my goal is to give the same to your pets! As summer is approaching, I will be available Monday through Friday during the week to work part-time to provide drop in/housesit and/or walking services to your dog(s). I live on a fully fenced property so dogs can run around freely without the need of a leash. Inside the house is very safe and each room has a door or gate. In 2015 I graduated with a degree in veterinary nursing, I have a wide skillset and knowledge base. I am able to provide medications or special care and can up keep your training regiment. I am experienced with behaviorally challenged dogs as well. I am currently transitioning in my career so I have plenty of time to walk dogs during the day and do drop ins for care as needed!
