About: My husband and I have been around dogs our entire lives and have hands-on experience caring for them in a home environment. Currently, we have a large, professionally trained dog who has helped us develop strong skills in structure, consistency, and understanding dog behavior. She was trained through 6 months, and we continue to reinforce that training daily, so I’m very comfortable with commands, routines, and maintaining a calm, well-balanced environment. We have experience with: • Large and high-energy breeds • Maintaining feeding schedules and routines • Reinforcing basic training and good behavior • Reading dog body language and temperament • Creating a safe, calm environment for multiple dogs For us, safety and attentiveness are second nature. We are always present, aware, and intentional about making sure every dog in our care feels comfortable, secure, and well looked after. Your dog will never feel like they’re in a kennel they’ll feel like they’re part of our family. Your dog’s stay will feel like a true home away from home, safe, loving, and tailored just for them. • Daily walks (morning, afternoon, and evening) plus plenty of outdoor time • Support with training and reinforcement of good habits, we’ve worked with professional trainers and are happy to continue that structure • Lots of snuggles, attention, and one-on-one care • Supervised playtime with our gentle, well-trained dog, Paris • Calm evenings with a consistent, comforting routine • Kind, dog-loving kids who interact gently and safely We’re highly attentive to each dog’s unique needs and energy level, whether they’re playful and active or more relaxed and cuddly. We’re happy to accommodate your dog’s individual sleeping routine to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Whether they prefer sleeping in a crate, on a dog bed, or having their own space to roam (including an entire floor if needed), we’ll follow your preferences and keep their routine consistent with what they’re used to at home. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can feel completely at ease knowing your dog is happy, cared for, and part of our family while you’re away. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities. We provide a calm, structured, and impeccably clean home where dogs are always supervised and cared for with intention. To ensure a truly personalized, low-stress, luxury experience, we limit the number of dogs in our care. We typically host just one client at a time, if you have multiple dogs, we’re happy to accommodate your family together. We never exceed three dogs total, including our own, so every dog receives dedicated attention, comfort, and care. Dogs are never left unattended for long periods, and all interactions, whether with our dog Paris or my children, are closely monitored to ensure safe, positive experiences. Paris is well-trained, gentle, and accustomed to being around other dogs. We take time to understand each dog’s routine, preferences, and temperament so we can provide a consistent and comfortable stay. Feeding schedules, exercise, and any specific instructions are followed closely. Our home is designed to feel like a second home, not a kennel, where your dog can relax, feel safe, and be genuinely cared for. ***We take trust and safety very seriously and are committed to following your dog’s routine as closely as possible. This includes accommodating any feeding method or dietary needs, whether that’s raw food, fresh or home-cooked meals, kibble, or more specific requirements like low-protein or other restricted diets. We carefully follow your instructions to ensure consistency, safety, and your dog’s overall well-being.*** We also provide regular updates and photos so you always feel connected and confident while you're away. We understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with who is caring for your dog. When we've have used Rover for Paris, we always appreciated the opportunity to meet beforehand, so we are more than happy to offer a meet-and-greet prior to booking. This gives you the chance to see our home, ask any questions, and feel confident in the safe, calm, and personalized care your dog will receive while staying with our family.
“We’ve brought our dog to Abby four times now, and every visit has been wonderful. She truly treats our dog like her own. He gets lots of love, playtime, and updates so we never worry while we’re away. Our dog gets excited the moment we pull into her driveway, which says it all! She is always going above and beyond. We love her and our dog loves her.”

“Cherie had my two large dogs for a weekend. She has a nice, large fenced in yard so plenty of space for them to rome and sniff. She had supplied pics of them walking, playing and chillin' Grif and Cinn were happy to see me when I picked them up, but they still did go back for a few more moments to be in the yard. I would absolutely recommend Cherie for your doggies boarding. Grif and Cinn will be be returning there again for sure”

About: I am a reliable, active, and detail-oriented dog sitter. I tailor every stay to your dog's unique routine and personality. Fully equipped to handle feeding, medication, exercise and plenty of TLC. Let's chat about how I can make your dog's day great! I do doggie daycare/boarding full time, so I am always home. During the day, the pups go on pack walks, explore and sniff or they can chill in the fenced yard, if that is more their style. I am fully insured and certified in canine first aid and CPR, so your dog is always in safe, capable hands. My family dogs are friendly, laid back and always welcome to new friends. My home is set up with multiple boundaries to allow dogs to have quiet time when needed.

“Becky and Bob were fantastic and our dogs had a great stay! We were nervous to try Rover, but needed to find something after having a few unpleasant boarding experiences. I'm so happy I decided to book with Becky - her and her husband made us feel right at ease the moment we met them. Our normally shy dogs warmed up to them quickly and came home happy, healthy and tuckered out. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies while we were away. I would definitely book again and hope they are available for our next vacation! - Jenn, Josh, Kaya & Kain”
“This was our first time leaving our dogs with a sitter. Lucille was great! She maintained great contact and was very in tuned to the nuances of each dog. I was thrilled that the dogs got exercise and went on lots of walks! Would definitely use Lucille again!”

“Second time we left Sophie with Katelyn and her family for 7 days and she loved it. Katelyn sends daily pictures and follows our meal plan for Sophie. Her kids love having Sophie over.”

“Phil was great! Boggs looked so happy there all week and it was hard to get him to leave because he just wanted to hang out longer. Getting pictures regularly helped us enjoy our time away. We look forward to Boggs going back in a few months!”

“I couldn't have for a better sitter. Julia was so communicative, sending frequent pictures and updates. Jake had such a good time and we trust Julia and her family to take care of him.”

About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. I'm currently unemployed so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm available for petsitting any day of the week and can work around any personal appointments. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.
“Donnie rocks! From our meet and greet, to boarding our German Shepherd for over a week, to picking him back up, it all went so awesome! Donnie gave us great feedback on what he observed, good and not so good, and how to work with him. He has a great set up for the dogs! We were relaxed the entire time. Will definitely always use him in the future.”

“Riven and Matt were great! They were able to take care of my pup, Lula Mae, while I needed to be out of town on short notice. Lu was clearly well cared for and happy with them. Really appreciate it!!”

“Alberta was the best match for "Lucky", my very personable and sweet 15- year old Golden Doodle. Before accepting Lucky for a Sunday-to-Sunday December stay, Alberta asked all the right questions from his daily routine to how best to administer his prescription meds. Alberta also required a current veterinarian record as proof that Lucky was up to date on all his shots and also so she could keep an eye on his health. Aside from a very professional, proficient, and friendly onboarding the real magic happened when Alberta cheerfully greeted Lucky and she knew to give him time and space to acclimate to his new B&B and her own three doggies - a greyhound, a lab and a golden mix. Every morning I received a cutie pie photo of my fur baby in a different scenario which showed me just how well he was doing! Snoozing on his bed, hanging with her other dogs in the fenced in yard, or begging for a treat. Normally when I pick up my boy from other sitters he looks a bit frazzled-as if to say- what was that all about!? LOL But after his stay with Alberta and family Lucky came trotting out, happy to see me and and freshly brushed too. I could see in his eyes that he was well-rested and happy. WOW! Thanks Alberta for all the TLC!”

“Matt is absolutely amazing. He really took care of my dog during the 40 days we were away. He sent pics and videos daily and he's really responsive to questions and requests. My dog had a good time with Matt. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone who needs boarding service.”

“I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found Julianna. She has a great personality, is informative and took our girl (Brook) in as one of her family, in fact - her entire family took her in. We didn’t get the usual ‘cold shoulder’ from Brook when we returned from our vacation, so that speaks volumes. This is our third time we’ve had to leave Brook to travel. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hard to leave, but knowing Brook will be well taken care of and happy makes it MUCH easier. She earned and deserves all five stars from our family!”

“Donna was amazing! Super friendly, very attentive, and our doggos felt comfortable with her immediately! The dogs asked to spend some time there again in the future and we are happy to oblige ?”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
