“Our long weekend away was the first time we've had to leave behind our 6-month-old mini doodle Sam. We were a bit nervous but Xiaofan set us at ease immediately. She provided the friendliest and safest home away from home we could ever wish for our pup. Xiaofan went above and beyond in every respect. Also, she is so very kind, and so generous with her time and energy, and she really got to know Sam! Our pup got lots of attention and exercise. And Xiaofan kept us updated with a steady stream of pictures and text messages. This was a perfect boarding experience and we'll definitely have Sam stay with Xiaofan and her lovely family again in the future. Recommended without reservation!”

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life. I now have a 4 year old dog who I've raised since she was 9 weeks old, and an 11 year old rescue kitty. I'm very active with animals, providing love, exercise, basic training, and mental stimulation. I work part time and homeschool my kids full time. I am happy to help with walks, board as needed, and of course do house visits for cats (or potty stops for dogs!). I have a fenced in yard and a one level apartment. I have a 4 year old bernedoodle and an 11 year old rescue kitty who is an absolute love. Happy to provide in home care or bring pets here to get some exercise and play with my pup!
“Simba really enjoyed his one week stay with Melissa. She has a nice fenced yard and 2 beautiful children who Simba really loved. Simba got a lot of exercise and play time (we could check it from his FI collar app). She even brushed him and removed the matting from behind his ears. Simba got play dates with other cute and friendly pups that would come to her day care. Melissa sent us photos and videos of Simba everyday and kept us updated. We highly recommend her for dog sitting and dog boarding services. We will definitely use her services again for Simba. She is absolutely the best.”

He asked the right questions on the meet and greet and was receptive to my warnings of some of her quirky behavior, and very accommodating. If your dog gets along well with other dogs, I highly recommend will for boarding. He seemed to have a great small crew of dogs most days, including his own pup Luna, so I know my pup had a great time! He was great about sending pictures and videos and responsive to messages. “Erica is great! I needed a "Jake Break"...she took him for an overnight. He had a great time. As soon as I met her, I knew she was a really good person. I'll most definitely use her again, possibly monthly, as I go to a doctor once a month in her area. My dog loved hers and he got good exercise too. He didn't want to leave. About: I have been around animals of all kinds for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had horses, dogs, cats bunnies, guinea pigs, birds - you name it, we probably had at least one! I absolutely love dogs and currently have a very high energy pit bull names Bizzy. He is a total sweetheart and loves all other living creatures, but he does need a lot of exercise. Luckily for both of us, lots of exercise happens to be my favorite thing! I am a marathon runner and love to take dogs for long walks or even runs if that’s what they need. I know that all dogs are individuals, so I want to get to know every dog I care for. If your dog needs a long run - great! If your dog needs cuddles and quiet time - awesome! I look forward to getting to know you and your pups! I work from home and love hanging out with dogs. During work breaks or on the weekends, I love fitting in hikes with dog friends. I’m happy to care for dogs in my home as long as they can get along with my dog and cat. If I’m in their home, I will always try to go above and beyond to keep the dogs happy and comfortable.
About: On a regular basis, I take care of my mother’s Black Labrador Moses whenever she goes out of town. I have taken care of my stepsister’s pug, Leo. I have experience in caring for cats, guinea pigs, rats, mice, fish, chickens, turkeys. Lots of variety here! You can be assured your beloved friend will be in good hands. My schedule is pretty flexible, I just need to know well in advance. We can arrange something if you need weekend care in the AM. ☺️ I always try to accommodate to your needs! I have a large open yard for any animals wishing to play, as well as lots of trails to explore and walk on. My husband who I live with, LOVES dogs so there’s more then enough love to pass around. My work schedule currently is kind of at random, so I am a good match for those who work odd hours! If something happens where I’m unable to care for your pet, I will always let you know as soon as I know about it. In my home I am very careful about letting my own pets free roam, just saves a lot of trouble if two pets don’t get along. I can provide exposure to small animals as well if you are looking to get your dog used to small critters as well! In the clients home, just leave me a list of what you expect or would like done, and I’ll see to it that it gets accomplished with plenty of pictures! I am the proud owner of a cat Freya, and a retriever mix named Zeus, in addition to a tank full of fish. I’ve gone per diem at my jobs, so I have unlimited flexibility for visits! I’m working around the clock to make sure each animal has been cared and tended to! I let my own pup free roam the house, and we do have a fenced in yard for playing. I’m slow to introduce my dog to others. Pets are carefully monitored around my other animals to make sure everyone can coexist in a peaceful harmony.
About: I love animals of all kinds, but my favorite domesticated animal is a dog. I am known by a lot of my clients and people I know personally as “The Dog Whisperer” I have 2 fur babies of my own who I love more than anything on this green earth. When I am taking care of your fur baby or babies, you can be away peacefully, knowing that they are being loved, cared for, and treated as if they were my own. I say “hi” to dogs before I say “hi” to people. I work 35 minutes from home. I have every other weekend off. I do have to work most holidays but with planning it will work out. If I’m in your home, I will go by your house rules and go with your dog(s) routine the best I can when I am not working. When I am in my own home, I just ask that you bring whatever it is you would use in a day for your furry baby. Leash, harness, food etc. no need for a crate as I have a couple here if needed.

I have worked with mainly cats and dogs. Volunteered in many animal shelters in NH and CT. At one time I lived in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico where I helped run an animal shelter. Saving many animals from bad situations. I also went around to the schools down there educating the children on how to care for an animal. When I moved back to the USA I started volunteering at my vet where I brought my dogs for care. My vet ran a rescue called All Better Pets. She turned it over to us volunteers.
