“Jessi is amazing, truly a dog whisperer. We have a very energetic 13 month old rat terrier/blue heeler, Peanut, who isn’t always the best listener, and within a matter of minutes during our meet and greet, she had him listening to her commands and walking nicely with her on his leash. And she was so gentle and calm with him, she was able to get him to listen to her in the most gentle and effective way, it was really nice to watch. When she came by for the drop in visit we booked, she played with him and walked him and sent us a bunch of pictures of him having a great time. He loved her instantly and I could tell he felt safe and happy with her. Jessi is also so friendly and kind, one of those people that makes you feel comfortable instantly. I was very impressed with her knowledge of and skills with dogs and she did an amazing job with our Peanut. She did everything we asked her to do during the visit and everything went great. It gives me amazing peace of mind to know I’ve found someone who I feel good about leaving my dog with because she is so great with animals and so respectful, and on top of it, Peanut loves her, and that matters most of all!”

I also have a soft spot for the senior pets who need that extra love and care. I currently work part-time from home so I have plenty of flexibility and time to spend with your pet(s) and fit in any additional care they may need. When I visit your home, just let me know your routine and I will continue your usual care to provide stability and predictability with your pet(s).

About: Hi! My name is Maya, and I have always had a huge love for animals of all kinds. I have experience caring for my own two small dogs, ages 14 and 6, so I understand the patience, attention, and love pets need in every stage of life. Along with dogs, I’ve also owned and cared for small animals such as hamsters. I also have experience working in the stables at camps, where I helped care for around 40 horses, goats, and other animals roaming the property, including dogs. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how important it is to make animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets as if they were my own, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, or simply giving them lots of attention and companionship! My schedule is fairly flexible this summer! However, I am unavailable June 9–22. On weekdays, I work from 8:30 AM–12:30 PM, but I am available before and after those hours. A couple times a week, I also teach swim lessons for short 3–4 hour shifts. I will always communicate clearly about availability and make sure your pets receive plenty of attention, care, and time throughout the day. Creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for your pets is my top priority. I will follow all general safety practices, as well as any additional instructions or routines provided by each family to ensure their pets feel secure and cared for. I understand every pet has different needs, personalities, and boundaries, and I will always treat them with patience, attention, and care as if they were my own.

About: Hi there! I am not currently accepting new clients. I’m the proud dog mom to a Siberian Husky named Meeka and a Golden Retriever named Remy. Just saying the word “walk” lights up their faces—and honestly, it’s the best therapy for both of us. I absolutely adore dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Recently, I introduced Meeka to a cat, and she was obsessed—I might just have to add a feline friend to the family! I believe every pet deserves to feel special, which is why I throw birthday parties for mine every year (that’s us in the profile pic!). It’s pure joy. I’d love the chance to care for your fur baby too—please feel free to reach out with any questions! Fall 2025 - I am currently not accepting new clients at this time. I am currently a graduate student at UW-Milwaukee so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to stop in randomly throughout the day, provide day time walks in the sunshine, and ample time for all the feedings and cuddles! While we have a partially fenced in yard, I always ensure your pets safety by taking them out on a leash for added peace of mind. I will abide by any restrictions you feel appropriately suits your pet, however our animals are allowed on our bed and furniture in our home.

In addition to my professional experience, I’m also a proud pet owner myself. I have 5 cats and have been caring for them for over 13 years, along with my own dogs. Because of that, I truly understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets—they’re family. I’m especially attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that means keeping up with a puppy’s energy, giving extra patience to shy or senior pets, or making sure your cat feels safe and comfortable in their own space. My grooming background also means I’m experienced in handling pets calmly and safely, even those who may be a little nervous. You can expect regular updates, photos, and clear communication while your pet is in my care. My goal is always to make sure your pets feel loved, safe, and stress-free while you’re away. I’d love to meet you and your pets! In addition to my grooming career, I offer pet care through Rover as a part-time service because I truly enjoy spending time with animals beyond the salon. This allows me to give each pet my full attention, patience, and care during every visit. I’m currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with additional availability on weekends depending on my schedule. I always do my best to be flexible when possible! I always prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort in their own home. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, routines, and any medications, and I make sure your pet stays in a secure, familiar environment.
